That butterfly scene from SpongeBob was scarier than this, and it wasn't even a butterfly. It was a horse fly, and yet it stopped me from touching butterflies for years. If anything, they saved so many butterflies from having their delicate wings damaged.

This show was my entire childhood. I loved it so much and it was incredibly innovative and fun, but the Revolting Slob segments always made my stomach churn. I couldn't even watch it, even the mention of it was enough to get me to switch the channel. I don't know what it is about it, but the disgusting slimey imagery paired with every episode ending with him violently blowing to chunks absolutely set me off as a child to the point of me having terrible nightmares about it
Edit: I remember the segment being more violent? I remember LITERAL CHUNKS of the Revolting Slob falling in front of the camera at the end after he explodes paired with like... Green goo.

My having such bad ADHD was actually really a big draw to the show, it really catered to my want to see so many different kinds of worlds and characters, and with so much stuff happening. Distraction news was actually a powerful training exercise for kid me!

This show was my favorite but I thought it was a fever dream for a while. I don't remember what the segment was called but the one that scared me the most was the snake charmer dude who asked a bunch of riddles. Along with the guy who had you do a bunch of math equations before his place blew up. He used a bunch of different objects to represent numbers though, i.e. the number of days in a month, the day Christmas falls on. or stuff along those lines.

I loved this show and wasn’t scared of it even though I first watched it when I was younger than the target audience. I used to say the revolting slob was my favorite just to joke with my mom because she was disgusted by him. I wouldn’t call the show creepy and I’d say it never bothered me but then you mentioned Eddie Bull. I couldn’t stand to watch that one until I was like 11 or 12 because it disturbed me.

Ahh, I actually LOVED this show when I was in middle school! This was so nostalgic to see, I remember staying home during the summer and binging these episodes since we had HBO on Demand. The Revolting Slob definitely made me cringe and feel a type of way, but I really loved all the others! There was one segment all about puns, I think it was some radio DJ skeleton looking character? But I remember going to school and waiting for an opportunity to unleash all those puns I learned, lmao.

I remember having some sort of recording of this when I was younger!
I never got scared of any segments, don't think a lot of them were included, but I remember distraction news, cool robots to transition to other segments, and a lot of weird/gross-out humor,
Something about being awarded the title "super duper pooper scooper" always stuck in my mind and I think this is where that's from!
We only kept it for a few days before having to return it I think?
My mom tried showing my younger sister it, but she was just bored watching it
