Woah it took her like a week to establish a friend group. Took me a whole semester for one, and that’s mainly due to group projects. The room looks so nice! I love the desk under the bunk bed (did I see it right?)

@@Poppy_pop I'm really talkative and social, but like last year for some reason, I was very quiet? (But people always came up to me and started talking to me lol and were like, your my bff now) And then I moved back to the school I used to go to and became very social again with lots of friends. A tip is to go out there more! Take risks (be safe ofcourse), good life choices, interact, compliment, smile, but don't try too hard.
People also say that my resting face has a small smile all the time with bright eyes (Like i look very curious, lively, and observant) which O guess goes into favor in people being interested in me and want to interact, so make sure your expressions are nice and you are kind and nice overall!! No one likes mean or judgmental people, and trust me, being the passive aggressive popular girl is not worth it, no one except like 2 people like you

Despite struggling with depression and anxiety during my time in college, it was still one of the best times of my life. I hope you have an awesome 4 years to come. Congrats on getting into your dream school!
K S even though the message wasn’t for me it’s kind of giving me reassurance. I’ve suffered with anxiety and depression for 4-5 years now and I really hate change. For now I’ve been at a bit of peace but I know once I have to go to college it’ll all come rushing back. I’m a rising senior and I’m about to search for colleges. I want to stay at a dorm and be independent because I think (and I hope) this’ll be good for me (to some how get over it?) since it was one of the best times of your life I feel a bit more calm so thank you :)
Dariana._. You’re most welcome. Always remind yourself that you are a completely separate being from your illness. It does not make you and it will not break you. While independence is great never be afraid to depend on others and to reach out to others when you need help. I made the mistake of being “too independent” and never sought help or treatment because I thought I could do everything on my own. I couldn’t! Also, teach yourself the difference between stress and depression/anxiety because the two are not always synonymous. There are many ways to redirect stress while depression may have some deeper underlying issues (i.e., genetics, individual biology, etc.) which require more vigorous treatments. I graduated from college about a year and a half ago and I must say life has been pretty dang awesome since and while I feel down on some days most of my days have been full of sunshine and happiness. I’m positive that you will find that same light and peace in your life as well. Keep striving and be sure to take great care of yourself. Sending you much love and well wishes! ❤️
K S Aw thanks for the advice I appreciate it. I do get help from a therapist and stuff, but I will take what you said to heart and make sure to remind myself that one day I’ll live with more bright days than dark days.

I graduated from UCLA last year and watching your vlog literally made me tear up. College was so much fun and I made some of the greatest friends and some of the most amazing memories there. I hope you enjoy every last bit of the college life and experience! You are going to do great ❤️

Ahlam Jutt that’s Arabic. It means literally “every year and you are good” basically just wishing you khair (goodness) for each passing year. That’s how we respond when someone tells us Eid Mubarak. Hope that helps!

Roja I'm so happy for you that you get the oppurturnity to live your dream life. You deserve it all, girl. Watching this video made me both happy and mad. Mad because colleges in my country are nothing like that. All colleges are public so you dont pay money but you have to work so hard and I mean REALLY HARD in order to get accepted. I'm talking about full 2 years studying and having the time only to eat and pee, barely time for sleep. I wish I could have this college-like experience but I'm going to be staying at home off campus and not at a dorm. We dont even have dorms here. People have to legit go and rent an actual appartment. I wish schools were that good all over the world. I'm so happy for you. Hope my college experience starting this year will be worth all the mental breakdowns I had during high school lmao. Enjoy every moment. Not everyone has the chance. But you deserve everything :) I'd love to see more of these kind of videos so I can travel with you in my dream college life. Thank you.
Same here, I didn't experience the fun, laid back dorm culture...struggled to rent an apartment and pay maintenance while saving money for other utilities...my college had no campus 😭
