We sold up everything in the 'YUK' over 20 years ago, and still living the dream in Cyprus ! And the best thing we ever did financially and for a much better life style all round. Give it some time, because Cyprus grows on you over the years.
We came to Protaras for 1 week, 2 years ago! Fell in love with it, 2 years later we're moving to Peyia having been before.
It was nice to meet you Tom it made my holiday And I Love Your Videos

Saw you with George and Sue at Mr Cod so I will subscribe and see how you get on. I am a Yorkshire lass, married to a Greek Cypriot and live in Larnaca district. Good luck.
Thank you Jeanette, was full of confidence, but it's started to waver with immigration but we can but try! Immigration appointment is 1st week of August 😀

Thank you Yvonne, really appreciate it! We are giving it a try, have registered the kids with the Ministry of Education today so 1 step closer to making this all happen 😀
Hi Guys just subscribed to your channel been to cyprus a few times lovely country and hoping to get over soon so i will keep looking out for your videos
Thanks mate, we are based near Coral Bay now, if you're ever around let us know.
So excited for you guys!!! Could you please share who you used to find a villa? Thank you and good luck ! We have 5 months until we leave 😅
We found the villa ourselves, I found it through Facebook. Remind me of which area you are looking at moving to and I might be able to help. I made a good contact out there and he gave me a good idea of what I should be paying etc. If looking in the Paphos area I have a great group!
@NuttersinCyprus , we are looking in Peyia as well. We stayed there in April and totally fell in love with the area, so peaceful! Please share your contacts that would be great help! Many thanks

We found our villa via this group.
Not long now! Safe journey 😎
Thank you! We can't wait, never felt more free. Even if we don't get residency, we will just travel the world for 12 months and home school the kids. However the Nutters being in Cyprus is the goal...
I love your videos. You uploaded them at the same time I decided I would love to move to Cyprus too. I have read and re-read everything I can find about coming on a pink paper. But I am still confused! Are you applying for pink paper because you have family out there? Does anyone know if you can get pink paper residency without family or work? I am guessing I need to move forward and ask for legal advice, but from the Cyprus side, I understand you have to be there to start anything. Did you seek advice from a British legal? Just after some general advice before I book a one way ticket!
@@alixmckillop250 Hi Alex, no we don’t have work or family out here.
We are British nationals so we have to apply for Pink Slip, this is temporary and has to be re applied for every 12 months. It means you are not able to work, not able to use use local GESY healthcare.
There are working visa’s which is different. You can get work out here but it’s a different process so wouldn’t like to comment.
We have used an immigration lawyer and are currently going through the process of importing the car and our immigration appointment. We might get refused yet, who knows!
If we didn’t try, we would never know, so Emily quit her job, took the kids out of school, sold everything we own and jumped on a plane. Was 8 weeks start to finish!
@@NuttersInCyprus thank you so much for replying. Just got divorced and selling my house, in between jobs, and what you have done has defiantly made my mind up. I can't see I have anything to loose, one look out the window today says it all . Will keep following your journey and keep my fingers crossed for you. Hopefully I will be there by the end of the year too.
@@alixmckillop250 if it all goes wrong, you can always go back to a job you don’t like, with people you don’t like, with a salary you don’t like, to weather you don’t like, to watching the negative news you don’t like. You’d be a few grand less better off but you would have had a great 3 months!
@@NuttersInCyprus I totally agree with your thinking. As I always say life is for living. Legal advice call booked 😍
@@alixmckillop250 Good Luck!
Crikey! Its a bit of a maze eh! Well you seem to be very well organised. All the best guys! 👍🙋🍻🙏🙂
@@BoadiceanRevenge cheers!
Is there import tax on shipping the car over? Who will you use to ship it? Good luck btw :) Doing the right thing for sure!
For me there is no import tax or vat as I am transferring the vehicle whilst doing the permanent residency transfer.
I won't mention the company incase they do a terrible job and others contact them. Once we have the car in Cyprus next month I will give an update of the process 😀
Lots of info about importing cars to Cyprus on their government Customs and Excise - Vehicles website.
@roger-zg3uf Hi Roger, Thanks, I read the website and called a few import companies. The car is now in Paphos 😀
Good choice to move UK really sucks.
Cheers! 8 days to go 😀
@@NuttersInCyprus Cheers mate.
How are you going to support yourselves in Cyprus on a pink slip?
We sold our business in the UK. This allows us enough funds to stay in Cyprus for almost 2 years.
After that...only god knows!
Good luck in Cyprus.
Really enjoyjng your videos and looking forward to sharing your journey.
