i sat on the roof above my living room (which is flat) and listened to these meditations. i couldn’t have felt more relaxed while hearing the birds, cicadas, and the smell of flowers in the wind. literally the best morning of my life, and i’ll be listening to this every morning from now on :)

I LOVE THIS! I had a very rough night last night and I've been trying to convince myself to start meditation again. I haven't done it since I broke up with my abusive partner 4 months ago. I did it today. I do not regret it. It gave me so much hope and joy that I can learn to love myself once again. Thank you. I will be returning.
