  • This Original 10 minute guided meditation recorded by us, will allow you to begin to let go of negative thinking. Become ok with having these negative thoughts, and begin to focus on the opposite. This process will have you able to let go of the negative, and begin to focus on the positive.     It is extremely important to love yourself through your negative thoughts!! Those bad thoughts you often times experience are 9/10 not your own, they are automatic thoughts, based on what you’ve been through in life. And with time, love and dedication to a more positive life, the thoughts will improve in no time! Keep pushing through it and just do it! ❤️

      I need to read this comment daily till it sinks in. Its truly medicine for my mind to hear that these negative thoughts That play on repeat in my mind aren’t even my thoughts. It’s just a broken record of bad experiences from my past. Thanks

      Thank you for these words. There has been some cruel and disgusting thoughts running through my head that have been tearing away at me recently. I want to try and do what I can to make things better. It feels a bit better knowing that I'm a better person than what those thoughts make me out to be.

    There couldn’t have been a better time to do this meditation I was experiencing negative thoughts that reminded me of past Christmases when the kids were still little but after doing this and made me realize how proud I am of myself and I embraced myself and gave myself a big hug thank you so much

    Words cannot express how grateful I am for you guys. My statement was "I am a successful 30 y.o. millionaire". My fear was of failure, but I told my inner child to runnn towards her goals, no matter what!

    Falling in love while having ADHD and GAD is tough. Negative thoughts appear without reason sometimes. Even with many pieces of evidence of me being appreciated can still turn into "no one needs or wants my presence".
    This meditation is helpful in resetting my mind. Appreciate it a lot!

    I trust I am enough, that my new relationship has all the potential for it to grow beautifully and lovingly.
    I have this fear since Friday that my boyfriend no longer wants me and I feel so needy it’s eating me emotionally. We have such an amazing connection and I believe he’s the perfect one for me. We were supposed to meet on Friday evening and he had to work but I haven’t heard from him since and I’ve been badly heartbroken recently. I really feel I’m projecting my fears of loosing him and this meditation has helped a bit to soothe my emotions. Thank you.

    I believe I can always feel good about myself without any body's approval, company or opinion. I will miss those people that came into my life but i will miss the most the person that i used to be. This will help me embrace the person that I am right now, which is the best version of myself at the moment.

    I started this meditation journey so that I may remove negative energy and thoughts on I respond to things and people and objects. I tend to focus on people who I Love I put them before myself I’m always helping people and can’t find people to care for me or ask am I okay. People will always use you to your advantage if you allow them to do so. I am taking back what my God want me to have in which a great life love me self care is amazing because in order to care and love ❤️ people you must be able to love yourself. I thank God for starting me on my spiritual journey it allow me to be free from negativity and teaching me to receive positive energy to gain gratitude 🙏🏽 I will be able to be successfully in life marriage,family business I am grateful I am blessed I am loved. This 10 min meditation session will be my go to. I am to believe everyone that’s following this meditation will receive a greater outcome and also pray 🙏🏽 to universe and or God that he will allow you to be free from all the things that holding you back ❤🙌🏽🙌🏽

    I am never alone! Because so many beings rely on me and I love them amd do everything for them out of love and they would not be better off without me, they would miss me. I might feel lonely but I have a child that loves me, close friends, a caring lover, animals and pets that loves me and rely upon me and trust me. And even if I wander off alone in the forest I have the trees around me, wildlife.
    And I always have my guardians right next to me, cheering me on 🥰

    My negative thought was that everyone hates me after a series of nightmares I had throughout last night about people from my past where they were affirming really mean things to me. Coming out of this meditation my new thought is "I AM WORTHY OF LOVE" regardless of who says otherwise , I am and always will be worthy of love.

    When I am meditating I feel like I can't breathe. My chest feels heavy and I think my heart rate increases. It's just a weird feeling I can't describe but once I am done with it my mind is clear and I can focus better on studying. What should I do?

    Wow, my negative thought was that I’m too awkward and I don’t know how to socialize. This made me realize that yes I am awkward and it’s not the end of the world because that’s what makes me ME. And “me” is a beautiful thing to be.

      thats so truee! also speaking for myself, I usually like awkward people much more. :) They make me feel safe to be myself which is so important in social situations (in which I am anxious and akward too)

    I am willing to believe that I will learn how to put up emotional boundaries so I do not overwhelm myself. It's okay to feel annoyed and upset because I am not afraid of my negative emotions... I will embrace them. Thank you for this meditation... it means so much to me 🙏🏼❤

    i noticed that i’m not the only one with these overwhelming negative thoughts. and i also noticed that these negative thoughts aren’t triggers but wake up calls of my soul telling me i’m actually searching for the opposite statement ... so we all are balanced and loving ourselves guys 🥲♥️

      Me too. After my parents divorced, 9 year old me would lock myself in the bathroom feeling abandoned and anxious. I imagined comforting my childself. "You are needed"

    I love this meditation! It’s my favorite! I have started 21 day challenge where i do a morning routine consisting of stretching, writing in a gratitude journal, saying 5 self love affirmations to myself and meditating for 10 minutes. I have found your meditations and I am glad! I will be using them for my challenge. I’m on Day 3 now but I already feel different. I suffer from intrusive thoughts and lack of self love and I’m working on myself to change that. I am writing this because maybe i will inspire someone to try the same thing, it’s worth it guys! Remember, the only person you should love really and unconditionally is you! When you do that, everything else is possible!❤️ I will update when I finish the challenge.

    For the first time in I don’t even know how long, I truly felt a shift inside. I stopped meditating and pretty much all self care the past six months for no reason and really fell back into a rut. Today was the first day back to meditating and I swear it was everything I needed to hear in this exact moment. Thank you💜

    "I am loved"
    It goes against the fear of solitude and of not being loved by my partner, who, with hardly having time to sleep and eat with his job, has little time for me. But this also encompasses the realization that aside from my partner i have an entire net of people that I can fall back into and rely on.
    I am loved, and I don't want to doubt it.

    My negative thought has been and continues to be that I am trapped. Trapped in this scary world, in anxious thoughts, self-hate, sadness, depression etc. I reframed it to be 'I am free'. The emotions that flowed from this were necessary after a week of carrying these feelings in my body. This channel continues to be a spiritual, safe space for my healing and I am so grateful.     I meditated to this video today, with the intent to remove my blockage of fear, an emotion I have been carrying throughout my life. Being able to take its opposite meaning, of courage, revealed to me the qualities of empowerment, gratitude, and humility. I have realized that even in my fear, I hold those qualities true to myself and for the world that I coexist in and within. I teared up when I made this realization, that I have so much love to give to myself and to others. Hope everyone has a blessed 2023 and beyond ✨

    I used this last night because my mind was going so wild that I couldn’t sleep. I felt a big emotional release and just let myself sob, and by the end I felt so much peace and patience for myself. Then I fell fast asleep. Thank you!

    I just wanted to say that i’m so grateful for this. If anyone that is reading this is feeling like they can’t do this anymore don’t worry, i used to feel like this and is horrible but there is only a way out. After this i feel peaceful and relief, i cried while doing this and now i have more hope in life and I’m honestly happy , i’m thanking you and also myself for everything that it has done and all the things that i survived

    I can’t put into words how grateful I am for this meditation, I was suffocating with all the negative thoughts swarming my mind, and this showed me how to be patient and gentle, and loving to myself for having those thoughts, it’s changed the way i feel completely ❤️❤️❤️

    I am willing to believe that I can change myself to become a better person for who I am and to whomever I love. I am Loved. I am enough. I trust myself. I am capable of coming out from this past. I am in present. I am understood. I am Strong. I love myself and the inner child is also happy that i am finally trying for myself. I am proud of trying this. I am worthy of love and care. I am so proud I finally accept it instead of running away. I can face this no matter how things are hard for me. Everything takes time and I am allowing myself to change. I am so grateful that i choose this opportunity to change myself. And I am so proud of me being true self.

    Thank you for this💚 I initially didn’t want to click on it because I didn’t want to focus on my negative thinking but I’m glad I did. My affirmation is that “ I am confident and competent”, “I am happy and peaceful” and “I am willing to believe that I’m doing the best I can in this moment” thank you for these morning mediations.     I cried during this meditation. There has been the thoughts of a toxic “friend” lingering in my mind for quite some time. I told myself “I am in control” during this meditation and thought about the wonderful friendships I have built in my life. Thank you for this gift.

    I've just started college and I struggle with new places. I keep saying to myself "it won't get easier, it's too difficult, I'll never be happy".
    After this, I'm saying to myself "I'm willing to believe that it will get easier, and I will be happy again and I am capable of doing it" ❤

    I am willing to believe that I'm doing more than enough. I am enough. Sometimes I think or feel that "I'm not doing enough" with my life. But I am doing so much. I am going to therapy, exercising, journaling, meditating, and speaking so much more kindly to myself. I am willing to believe that I am doing enough!

    Good morning all. I ever knew I could view negative thoughts as "teachers." On occasion, I even acted on them producing negative behaviors. Never knew I could love these thoughts and love myself through them. What an amazing awareness. This meditation also allowed me to forgive myself for having/acting on them. I could never lovingly dismiss those thoughts, let alone be grateful for them. Once again, thank you all for the energy of this meditation. Thank you all!

    I am willing to believe that everything happens for a reason. I am willing to believe that the choices I made in the past were the right ones for me to make in that moment. ❤

      Thanks. I often regret my decisions. I did the meditation but couldn't find the opposite emotion for regret. Thank you for your words about everything happens for a reason

    This meditation made me realize that I am enough! The negative thought that I needed something outside of myself has been my teacher all along.
    Feelings of codependency & doubt just because I needed a little help recently had me feeling inadequate.
    I started to read the Alchemist again yesterday for the second time and when the narrator said the word Alchemist it confirmed so much. I now know that I am enough! The self hug was incredibly powerful.🤗 I instantly felt lighter.

    I am strong enough. I am there for myself. I loved this meditation, life has been throwing a lot of things my way. Recently ive been having these mental blocks or emotional break downs. This meditation made me feel back to my positive strong self and I know I will be okay. thank you :)

    I imagined myself hugging my child self and repeating to them the affirmations on this video and it made me start crying. I know I have a lot of wounds from my past, hence my reaction, but I couldn't feel more grateful for this guided meditation because I feel so calm and at peace right now... Thank you!

    The last couple of days my anxiety has been getting the best of me, worrying about things that I know aren't worth being anxious about. I worry a lot about my body health, and when I have random pain or something feels different I immediately go to the worst. I'll dwell on it even though I know it's nothing. I found your channel yesterday and it's been such a tremendous help. Thank you so much for these amazing meditations.

    My positive affirmation was: I am willing to believe that my core is full of light. I am willing to believe that at my core, I am good and full of love, not evil and full of darkness.
    Thank you so much for this meditation; it helped me so much, and I'm so grateful the universe helped me find it in the time when I needed it most. You truly are saving lives

    I was really worried my family wouldn't come to my wedding. I realised this means I am hopeful about my future and yearning for connection to the people that are important to me. It means I value support from family. This is a sign that I'm healing because when I was full of shame and self blame from my trauma I wanted to hide away and the thought of seeing my family would have filled me with dread. Now, I am hopeful about seeing them again and wanting to build connections with people. I want people to be present in my life. This is a huge step for me as I've always avoided deep, meaningful connections with people as a way to protect myself. It shows my view of the world is changing and I am less afraid 💕

    I was having intrusive thoughts, I felt uncomfortable, as I observed them and questioned why I was experiencing them.
    I became aware of the sensations I was experiencing physically, I was becoming stressed and applying pressure to my well~beinn.
    Through, the meditation I was able to see how and why I went through the experience and turned my thoughts from stress and expectations, to calm, peace and gratitude.
    Accepting and trusting the process in this moment.

    Having a Bad Day?😵‍💫. I used this for me to get focus on preparing for dinner, I was dropping eggs, Not sure on How? I tapped the milk container and it poured Out 😵😖? I have been listening to theses meditation and I found it helpful, and a Need to be safe 😔. The last thing I would need is to Forget to turn Off the Stove 😓. Aloha from Honolulu, Hawaii byways of Waikiki..

    Wow ! This was tearfully beautiful ❤❤❤ I cried during this meditation because I was under so much STRESS . I thought I was going to die . And to hear myself say IM ALIVE HAS MADE A SHIFT INTO MY REALITY . Whole time I thought I was medically ILL BUT ITS ALL IN MY MIND . I am okay , I am alive , I am safe , I am well , I am myself again . My fears just wanted me to know how much I LOVE LIFE . How much I love my family and the world around me 💕 I am greatful 💕 for now on my fears will be love 💕
