Wow, my negative thought was that I’m too awkward and I don’t know how to socialize. This made me realize that yes I am awkward and it’s not the end of the world because that’s what makes me ME. And “me” is a beautiful thing to be.

It is extremely important to love yourself through your negative thoughts!! Those bad thoughts you often times experience are 9/10 not your own, they are automatic thoughts, based on what you’ve been through in life. And with time, love and dedication to a more positive life, the thoughts will improve in no time! Keep pushing through it and just do it! ❤️
I need to read this comment daily till it sinks in. Its truly medicine for my mind to hear that these negative thoughts That play on repeat in my mind aren’t even my thoughts. It’s just a broken record of bad experiences from my past. Thanks
Thank you for these words. There has been some cruel and disgusting thoughts running through my head that have been tearing away at me recently. I want to try and do what I can to make things better. It feels a bit better knowing that I'm a better person than what those thoughts make me out to be.
Me too. After my parents divorced, 9 year old me would lock myself in the bathroom feeling abandoned and anxious. I imagined comforting my childself. "You are needed"
I meditated to this video today, with the intent to remove my blockage of fear, an emotion I have been carrying throughout my life. Being able to take its opposite meaning, of courage, revealed to me the qualities of empowerment, gratitude, and humility. I have realized that even in my fear, I hold those qualities true to myself and for the world that I coexist in and within. I teared up when I made this realization, that I have so much love to give to myself and to others. Hope everyone has a blessed 2023 and beyond ✨
I love this meditation! It’s my favorite! I have started 21 day challenge where i do a morning routine consisting of stretching, writing in a gratitude journal, saying 5 self love affirmations to myself and meditating for 10 minutes. I have found your meditations and I am glad! I will be using them for my challenge. I’m on Day 3 now but I already feel different. I suffer from intrusive thoughts and lack of self love and I’m working on myself to change that. I am writing this because maybe i will inspire someone to try the same thing, it’s worth it guys! Remember, the only person you should love really and unconditionally is you! When you do that, everything else is possible!❤️ I will update when I finish the challenge.

i noticed that i’m not the only one with these overwhelming negative thoughts. and i also noticed that these negative thoughts aren’t triggers but wake up calls of my soul telling me i’m actually searching for the opposite statement ... so we all are balanced and loving ourselves guys 🥲♥️

I just wanted to say that i’m so grateful for this. If anyone that is reading this is feeling like they can’t do this anymore don’t worry, i used to feel like this and is horrible but there is only a way out. After this i feel peaceful and relief, i cried while doing this and now i have more hope in life and I’m honestly happy , i’m thanking you and also myself for everything that it has done and all the things that i survived
My negative thought has been and continues to be that I am trapped. Trapped in this scary world, in anxious thoughts, self-hate, sadness, depression etc. I reframed it to be 'I am free'. The emotions that flowed from this were necessary after a week of carrying these feelings in my body. This channel continues to be a spiritual, safe space for my healing and I am so grateful. "I am loved" It goes against the fear of solitude and of not being loved by my partner, who, with hardly having time to sleep and eat with his job, has little time for me. But this also encompasses the realization that aside from my partner i have an entire net of people that I can fall back into and rely on. I am loved, and I don't want to doubt it.
I used this last night because my mind was going so wild that I couldn’t sleep. I felt a big emotional release and just let myself sob, and by the end I felt so much peace and patience for myself. Then I fell fast asleep. Thank you!
For the first time in I don’t even know how long, I truly felt a shift inside. I stopped meditating and pretty much all self care the past six months for no reason and really fell back into a rut. Today was the first day back to meditating and I swear it was everything I needed to hear in this exact moment. Thank you💜
Good morning all. I ever knew I could view negative thoughts as "teachers." On occasion, I even acted on them producing negative behaviors. Never knew I could love these thoughts and love myself through them. What an amazing awareness. This meditation also allowed me to forgive myself for having/acting on them. I cried during this meditation. There has been the thoughts of a toxic “friend” lingering in my mind for quite some time. I told myself “I am in control” during this meditation and thought about the wonderful friendships I have built in my life. Thank you for this gift.

I was really worried my family wouldn't come to my wedding. I realised this means I am hopeful about my future and yearning for connection to the people that are important to me. It means I value support from family. This is a sign that I'm healing because when I was full of shame and self blame from my trauma I wanted to hide away and the thought of seeing my family would have filled me with dread. Now, I am hopeful about seeing them again and wanting to build connections with people. I want people to be present in my life. This is a huge step for me as I've always avoided deep, meaningful connections with people as a way to protect myself. It shows my view of the world is changing and I am less afraid 💕

I needed this today, thank you. ❤ I have my own business and times are financially tough. My negative emotion is fear, I tuned into the abundance around me and realised the fears I’m having are just making things worse, not helping. I am willing to believe that I'm doing more than enough. I am enough. Sometimes I think or feel that "I'm not doing enough" with my life. But I am doing so much. I am going to therapy, exercising, journaling, meditating, and speaking so much more kindly to myself. I am willing to believe that I am doing enough!

This meditation made me realize that I am enough! The negative thought that I needed something outside of myself has been my teacher all along. Feelings of codependency & doubt just because I needed a little help recently had me feeling inadequate. I started to read the Alchemist again yesterday for the second time and when the narrator said the word Alchemist it confirmed so much. I now know that I am enough! The self hug was incredibly powerful.🤗 I instantly felt lighter. Thank you for this beautiful experience ✨❣️🔮

Started doing meditation about a week ago. This is the second time I've cried during a session. Extremely powerful stuff, and you're really helping me! I was placed in a situation at work where I felt very unsafe and not supported. It made me feel very anxious and I stayed home from work. After this meditation I found my desire was to feel supported and safe; at least a statement of I got your back and state the truth about what really happened. So while in meditation I hugged myself and stated I am willing to support myself and as I write I Am my support 🙏🏽🙌🏾🙏🏽 The fear is somewhat warranted but I am safe🙏🏽 I needed this meditation to start my day with and to recognize what I desire I have within me. This was great! With every negative thought I analyzed and turned into a positive lesson, a spontaneous smile started to grow more and more on my face! I even got a little teary eyed!

I’m listening to this whenever I’m having negative thoughts, and it always makes me cry because all emotions are coming up. This meditation truly makes me transform my negative thoughts in positive thoughts and I couldn’t be more grateful for it 🫶

Being a spiritual awakened person is really hard in toxic family and society,always getting criticized + judged. During this meditation i affirmed to myself “being strange to others is better than being strange to yourself”. Thank you so much for this powerful guided meditation 🧘🏻♀️✨🤍
I can’t put into words how grateful I am for this meditation, I was suffocating with all the negative thoughts swarming my mind, and this showed me how to be patient and gentle, and loving to myself for having those thoughts, it’s changed the way i feel completely ❤️❤️❤️
I am willing to believe that I can change myself to become a better person for who I am and to whomever I love. I am Loved. I am enough. I trust myself. I am capable of coming out from this past. I am in present. I am understood. I am Strong. I love myself and the inner child is also happy that i am finally trying for myself. I am proud of trying this. I am worthy of love and care. I am so proud I finally accept it instead of running away. I can face this no matter how things are hard for me. Everything takes time and I am allowing myself to change. I am so grateful that i choose this opportunity to change myself. And I am so proud of me being true self.
My statement is "I deserve to be happy and tranquil" because whenever I do I feel guilty, I'm not used to it. Thank you for your amazing work 💕
I was really worried my family wouldn't come to my wedding. I realised this means I am hopeful about my future and yearning for connection to the people that are important to me. It means I value support from family. This is a sign that I'm healing because when I was full of shame and self blame from my trauma I wanted to hide away and the thought of seeing my family would have filled me with dread. Now, I am hopeful about seeing them again and wanting to build connections with people. I want people to be present in my life. This is a huge step for me as I've always avoided deep, meaningful connections with people as a way to protect myself. It shows my view of the world is changing and I am less afraid 💕
This was so powerful... thank you. I've been practicing morning meditation for a few months now and it's amazing how a new upload almost always coincides with exactly what I need. I'm a success.

I have my own business and times are financially tough. My negative emotion is fear, I tuned into the abundance around me and realised the fears I’m having are just making things worse, not helping. I know feel lucky to have all the things I have and I feel blessed that everything always works out in the end.

Thank you! I am vibrating with goodness right now. I’ve been riddled with anxiety and this helped me, and brought me to tears.
This meditation made me realize that I am enough! The negative thought that I needed something outside of myself has been my teacher all along.
Feelings of codependency & doubt just because I needed a little help recently had me feeling inadequate.
I started to read the Alchemist again yesterday for the second time and when the narrator said the word Alchemist it confirmed so much. I now know that I am enough! The self hug was incredibly powerful.🤗 I instantly felt lighter.

I imagined myself hugging my child self and repeating to them the affirmations on this video and it made me start crying. The last couple of days my anxiety has been getting the best of me, worrying about things that I know aren't worth being anxious about. I was having intrusive thoughts, I felt uncomfortable, as I observed them and questioned why I was experiencing them.
I became aware of the sensations I was experiencing physically, I was becoming stressed and applying pressure to my well~beinn.
Through, the meditation I was able to see how and why I went through the experience and turned my thoughts from stress and expectations, to calm, peace and gratitude.
Accepting and trusting the process in this moment.

Started doing meditation about a week ago. This is the second time I've cried during a session. Extremely powerful stuff, and you're really helping me! I've just started college and I struggle with new places. I keep saying to myself "it won't get easier, it's too difficult, I'll never be happy".

I was placed in a situation at work where I felt very unsafe and not supported. It made me feel very anxious and I stayed home from work. After this meditation I found my desire was to feel supported and safe; at least a statement of I got your back and state the truth about what really happened.
So while in meditation I hugged myself and stated I am willing to support myself and as I write I Am my support 🙏🏽🙌🏾🙏🏽
The fear is somewhat warranted but I am safe🙏🏽 I needed this meditation to start my day with and to recognize what I desire I have within me. Thank you and many blessings to you and everyone on this platform.
