  • This Original 10 minute guided meditation recorded by us, will allow you to begin to let go of negative thinking. Become ok with having these negative thoughts, and begin to focus on the opposite. This process will have you able to let go of the negative, and begin to focus on the positive. Give it a try and let us know how it works. Enjoy!

    Wow, my negative thought was that I’m too awkward and I don’t know how to socialize. This made me realize that yes I am awkward and it’s not the end of the world because that’s what makes me ME. And “me” is a beautiful thing to be.

      thats so truee! also speaking for myself, I usually like awkward people much more. :) They make me feel safe to be myself which is so important in social situations (in which I am anxious and akward too)

    i noticed that i’m not the only one with these overwhelming negative thoughts. and i also noticed that these negative thoughts aren’t triggers but wake up calls of my soul telling me i’m actually searching for the opposite statement ... so we all are balanced and loving ourselves guys 🥲♥️

    I am willing to believe that I will learn how to put up emotional boundaries so I do not overwhelm myself. It's okay to feel annoyed and upset because I am not afraid of my negative emotions... I will embrace them. Thank you for this meditation... it means so much to me 🙏🏼❤

    It is extremely important to love yourself through your negative thoughts!! Those bad thoughts you often times experience are 9/10 not your own, they are automatic thoughts, based on what you’ve been through in life. And with time, love and dedication to a more positive life, the thoughts will improve in no time! Keep pushing through it and just do it! ❤️

      I need to read this comment daily till it sinks in. Its truly medicine for my mind to hear that these negative thoughts That play on repeat in my mind aren’t even my thoughts. It’s just a broken record of bad experiences from my past. Thanks

      Thank you for these words. There has been some cruel and disgusting thoughts running through my head that have been tearing away at me recently. I want to try and do what I can to make things better. It feels a bit better knowing that I'm a better person than what those thoughts make me out to be.

      Me too. After my parents divorced, 9 year old me would lock myself in the bathroom feeling abandoned and anxious. I imagined comforting my childself. "You are needed"

    I love this meditation! It’s my favorite! I have started 21 day challenge where i do a morning routine consisting of stretching, writing in a gratitude journal, saying 5 self love affirmations to myself and meditating for 10 minutes. I have found your meditations and I am glad! I will be using them for my challenge. I’m on Day 3 now but I already feel different. I suffer from intrusive thoughts and lack of self love and I’m working on myself to change that. I am writing this because maybe i will inspire someone to try the same thing, it’s worth it guys! Remember, the only person you should love really and unconditionally is you! When you do that, everything else is possible!❤️ I will update when I finish the challenge.

    I meditated to this video today, with the intent to remove my blockage of fear, an emotion I have been carrying throughout my life. Being able to take its opposite meaning, of courage, revealed to me the qualities of empowerment, gratitude, and humility. I have realized that even in my fear, I hold those qualities true to myself and for the world that I coexist in and within. I teared up when I made this realization, that I have so much love to give to myself and to others. Hope everyone has a blessed 2023 and beyond ✨

    "I am loved"
    It goes against the fear of solitude and of not being loved by my partner, who, with hardly having time to sleep and eat with his job, has little time for me. But this also encompasses the realization that aside from my partner i have an entire net of people that I can fall back into and rely on.
    I am loved, and I don't want to doubt it.

    For the first time in I don’t even know how long, I truly felt a shift inside. I stopped meditating and pretty much all self care the past six months for no reason and really fell back into a rut. Today was the first day back to meditating and I swear it was everything I needed to hear in this exact moment. Thank you💜

    My negative thought has been and continues to be that I am trapped. Trapped in this scary world, in anxious thoughts, self-hate, sadness, depression etc. I reframed it to be 'I am free'. The emotions that flowed from this were necessary after a week of carrying these feelings in my body. This channel continues to be a spiritual, safe space for my healing and I am so grateful. Thank you @GreatMeditation, can't wait to receive my merch!

    Good morning all. I ever knew I could view negative thoughts as "teachers." On occasion, I even acted on them producing negative behaviors. Never knew I could love these thoughts and love myself through them. What an amazing awareness. This meditation also allowed me to forgive myself for having/acting on them. I could never lovingly dismiss those thoughts, let alone be grateful for them. Once again, thank you all for the energy of this meditation. Thank you all!

    I used this last night because my mind was going so wild that I couldn’t sleep. I felt a big emotional release and just let myself sob, and by the end I felt so much peace and patience for myself. Then I fell fast asleep. Thank you!

    I just wanted to say that i’m so grateful for this. If anyone that is reading this is feeling like they can’t do this anymore don’t worry, i used to feel like this and is horrible but there is only a way out. After this i feel peaceful and relief, i cried while doing this and now i have more hope in life and I’m honestly happy , i’m thanking you and also myself for everything that it has done and all the things that i survived

    I cried during this meditation. There has been the thoughts of a toxic “friend” lingering in my mind for quite some time. I told myself “I am in control” during this meditation and thought about the wonderful friendships I have built in my life. Thank you for this gift.

    I am willing to believe that I'm doing more than enough. I am enough. Sometimes I think or feel that "I'm not doing enough" with my life. But I am doing so much. I am going to therapy, exercising, journaling, meditating, and speaking so much more kindly to myself. I am willing to believe that I am doing enough!

    I was really worried my family wouldn't come to my wedding. I realised this means I am hopeful about my future and yearning for connection to the people that are important to me. It means I value support from family. This is a sign that I'm healing because when I was full of shame and self blame from my trauma I wanted to hide away and the thought of seeing my family would have filled me with dread. Now, I am hopeful about seeing them again and wanting to build connections with people. I want people to be present in my life. This is a huge step for me as I've always avoided deep, meaningful connections with people as a way to protect myself. It shows my view of the world is changing and I am less afraid 💕

    Thank you for this meditation. I have been drowning in irrational ,crippling, fear and anxiety for two years now and these meditations help to calm me down and recenter. Hopefully doing this consistently I can rewire my mind and overcome this challenging time in my life.

    I am willing to believe that I can change myself to become a better person for who I am and to whomever I love. I am Loved. I am enough. I trust myself. I am capable of coming out from this past. I am in present. I am understood. I am Strong. I love myself and the inner child is also happy that i am finally trying for myself. I am proud of trying this. I am worthy of love and care. I am so proud I finally accept it instead of running away. I can face this no matter how things are hard for me. Everything takes time and I am allowing myself to change.     I can’t put into words how grateful I am for this meditation, I was suffocating with all the negative thoughts swarming my mind, and this showed me how to be patient and gentle, and loving to myself for having those thoughts, it’s changed the way i feel completely ❤️❤️❤️

    I have my own business and times are financially tough. My negative emotion is fear, I tuned into the abundance around me and realised the fears I’m having are just making things worse, not helping. I know feel lucky to have all the things I have and I feel blessed that everything always works out in the end.

    I've just started college and I struggle with new places. I keep saying to myself "it won't get easier, it's too difficult, I'll never be happy".
    After this, I'm saying to myself "I'm willing to believe that it will get easier, and I will be happy again and I am capable of doing it" ❤

    i've been struggling finding a new job and I have an important interview tomorrow, the biggest fear is that I will fail and continue with rejections. I did this meditation and it made me stronger, I am willing to believe I will do well in any upcoming interview. Thank you :)

    The last couple of days my anxiety has been getting the best of me, worrying about things that I know aren't worth being anxious about. I worry a lot about my body health, and when I have random pain or something feels different I immediately go to the worst. I'll dwell on it even though I know it's nothing. I found your channel yesterday and it's been such a tremendous help. Thank you so much for these amazing meditations.

    This meditation made me realize that I am enough! The negative thought that I needed something outside of myself has been my teacher all along.
    Feelings of codependency & doubt just because I needed a little help recently had me feeling inadequate.
    I started to read the Alchemist again yesterday for the second time and when the narrator said the word Alchemist it confirmed so much. I now know that I am enough! The self hug was incredibly powerful.🤗 I instantly felt lighter.

    I was having intrusive thoughts, I felt uncomfortable, as I observed them and questioned why I was experiencing them.

    Through, the meditation I was able to see how and why I went through the experience and turned my thoughts from stress and expectations, to calm, peace and gratitude.
    Accepting and trusting the process in this moment.

    My negative thought is I’m not enough- good enough, brave enough, smart, capable, successful enough. The opposite of that for me is I am enough, for all those things. I can rest cause I am enough. Thank you for this beautiful meditation. ❤

    I love all of your meditations, your voice is so calming and it feels safe to focus on your words. My positive statement is that I deserve happiness and success, my whole body got warm and soft when I told myself this and that's how I know its true.     Who else cried a little during this ? I appreciate the part where you're not rooted in automatically believing the falsehood of your negative thought, but that "I am willing to believe..." My intrusive thoughts hold me captive, fearful and uncertain that I am or will be/becoming a monster. I was able to have a change of perspective, if only for a brief moment that "I have strength and hope, and I am willing to believe I am not a monster, nor destined to be one." Definitely returning to this video, and searching this channel for others like this to add to my playlist. So thankful my counselor recommended mediation.     Came back to this meditation as it is one of my favorites, and countered the thought that I am not doing enough. I am doing enough, and I hope you all see the same. Grateful for the thought that I wasn’t doing enough to remind me that I’m doing enough. Namaste, brothers and sisters 🙏🏼

    My positive affirmation was: I am willing to believe that my core is full of light. I am willing to believe that at my core, I am good and full of love, not evil and full of darkness.
    Thank you so much for this meditation; it helped me so much, and I'm so grateful the universe helped me find it in the time when I needed it most. You truly are saving lives

    This was so beautiful and just a huge sigh of RELIEF ❤️✨ Bawled the entire time and it was just what I needed. This was magical. I’m so grateful and my heart is full. I am confident and I am deserving of achieving my wildest dreams. I am fearless (many times I feel extreme anxiety). I love the Great Meditation team ❤️

    I imagined myself hugging my child self and repeating to them the affirmations on this video and it made me start crying. I know I have a lot of wounds from my past, hence my reaction, but I couldn't feel more grateful for this guided meditation because I feel so calm and at peace right now... Thank you!

    I am willing to believe that everything is gonna be fine. My 'overthinking thoughts' are just here to teach me. I am courageous, fearless, and calm in times of trouble.     I love my body that allows to move, live, be happy, create memories & experience many beautiful moments in life. I appreciate my body. I am grateful for my health. I have 2 legs and 2 arms and 10 fingers and toes. I have eye, ears and a nose. I am grateful for every part of myself and I will do my best to take care of myself. I exercise and fuel my body with nutritious food. No one but my body was and always will be with me and supporting me my entire life. Thank you for everything you’ve done. I appreciate my body giving me the thought that I am fat because it is a reminder that I am in fact normal & healthy which isn’t always the case for many people and being skinny isn’t the most important thing

      I once read "It's none of your business what other people think about you" Sounds silly at 1st but it has really helped me when I repeat it to myself. You could give it a try! Sending you love & light!

    I just realized that my negative thought came from me not feeling worthy of unconditional love! I think I have said it to myself many times I am worthy of love, but with this meditation I found what I was missing! I don’t have to be anything, accomplish anything, or do anything to be worthy of loving myself. I get to love myself unconditionally. Regardless of if I had a good day, did every thing on my checklist, was productive, accomplished goals, was busy, made heathy choices.
    I love myself because I am breathing!
    I love myself unconditionally!
