This had me in a beautiful space where I was visualising my inner child being safely protected and loved by my spirit guides. I was in tears, the love was so powerful 🌬💜
Okay so I’m not the only one who cried happy tears! Lol
Happy as all could be I felt the spirit of the one person I wanted to as well.
I cried too - release of negative energy? ✨❤️💫
This made me smile, timing, synchronicities….. lots of this is happening to me. I smiled because I knew it was alignment with Love ❤️
This had me in such a beautiful peaceful mindset snd I felt 100% loving energy from my spirit guides that rlly set me up for my day I loved this sooo much 😩❣️

I'm Sending this Meditation as a Christmas Eve gift to everyone in the world who is in need of a little love right now.
Thank you G M for this gift this morning. It was just what I needed & filled me with loving energies.
Today would have been my Dad's Birthday but he died in 2004. I Feel sad 😔 at Christmas nowdays & it hasn't really been the same since but I will carry on & make the best of it.
At midnight last night I lit a candle for My dad, walked out in to the crisp cold air in to the park near to where I live, looked up to the moon, shining down so bright & wished him a Happy Birthday. The stars were bright & twinkling & I pressed my body up against a tall strong Tree for support. I stood there a few minutes gazing at the sky, thinking about him. It felt special, peaceful & calm, the beauty & healing power of the universe.
Love & light to everyone & every living thing on Planet Earth. Have a wonderful Christmas who ever you are with or not with & where ever you may be.
Sending my love out to the Whole universe
