    Thanks for this variation! My white belt peers and I catch each other in the traditional one all the time. I noticed at the blue belt level and above I can't pull it off at all with them because of that simple knee movement. Thanks for pointing it out, can't wait to try it.

    Nice, i always did the one with the foot instead of the whole leg and it worked when i was a noob but when i faced better guys it barly works, i will try this one for sure

    got the same situation last week, was down in mount and the oponent holding my hand, and used his elbow against throw. Pretty shit situation folk, cuz when he control your hands its difficult (not impossible) to get out
