YOUR FACTS ARE WRONG, ONCE YOU ARE DONE WITH THE LLB OR BALLB, after registering with any bar council, you do not require C.O.P. for practice for the first two years. So no 1 year will be wasted. also, you can not practice until you have a license from the bar council, alone C.O.P will not make you eligible.

मेरा मानना है कि फाइनल इयर स्टूडेंट को AIBE परीक्षा की अनुमति देना एक सही निर्णय है किन्तु उन स्टूडेंट को राज्य बार काउंसिल में तब तक रजिस्ट्रेशन नहीं कराना चाहिए जब तक कि वह AIBE परीक्षा पास न कर ले।
In a year atleast 2 should be there AIB exam. If anyone can't clear one time again have to wait one year . This is the biggest problem.

Sir 2024 main isi saal law complete hui hai july-august main final year ka result bhi aa gya hai or up bar council main registration pending hai iss condition main kya hum AIBE Ka form fill kar sakte or nhi kar sakte to kyo? Hamari bhi to saal kharab ho rhi hai😢
Up bar ne registration process bahut lengthy kar di hai.,.. 4 mahine main state bar main registration hoga.... To humen bhi allow karenge kya bar council of India wale ....😢

Yes same issue.. Haryana Punjab bar council form submit kiya h abhi September 10 .. Enrollment hua nhi h aibe exam nhi de pyge..
