Probable bjective of making the bar exam tough:
1. Extract 3500/- every time a candidate re-appears, easiest get rich quick scheme
2. Squeeze the entry of new new entracts, so that when the supply is low, demand of old hogs will remain high
3. Tough exam will spawn a very lucrative 'coaching centre business ' & Exam Guide Book business
4. Despite of all these expenses, there's little chance that a new entrant will make a living in initial few years

1, Question# 3 in set C. As per my understanding and the provisions of Section 3(c) cited in the question, it states that "two persons are said to be related by half-blood when they descend from a common ancestor but different wives." However, the correct answer provided for Question Number 3 in Set C seems to deviate from this statutory language.
2. Question#63 in set C.The question inquires about a situation in which the Indian Penal Code, 1860, may not apply, and the provisional answer key designates option C as the correct answer. Option C states, "Any person committing an offence targeting computer resources located in any country."
My objection stems from the apparent discrepancy between the question and the answer key. The wording of the question implies a scenario where the Indian Penal Code may not apply. However, as per my understanding of the Indian Penal Code, an offense is generally considered to be within the jurisdiction of India, irrespective of where the computer resources are located.
The question should have been as
The question should have been asked which of the following statements is incorrect. This would help eliminate ambiguity and align the question with the given answer key.
Alternatively, if the intention is to identify a situation where the Indian Penal Code may not apply, the answer key should specify the scenario more accurately. For instance, it could state, "Any person committing an offence targeting computer resources located in any country except India."
3. Question#81: I would like to bring to your attention that, in certain cases, averments made in the written statement are also considered by the court when there is an objection to jurisdiction mentioned in the plaint. As such, the correct answer should reflect both "Averments made in the plaint and averments made in the written statement."
This clarification is essential to ensure the accuracy of the examination and align the answer with the procedural aspects of jurisdictional objections. I request a review of Question Number 83, taking into account the relevance of averments in both the plaint and the written statement in determining jurisdiction.
