Where they only put you on a methadone or buprenorphine, and tell you, there you go, you are now good for life. If you need more, come and we'll give it to you a stronger dose! And one after another, the ones who wanted to get off it, start dying a year after year, just as they were doing when they were on the streets, doing heroin!
