The ideal dessert for the strawberry season. It is very easy to make.

Ingredients for 4 servings:
250 g mascarpone cheese
150 ml whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
30 ml marsala wine
100 g powdered sugar
For the strawberries:
400 g strawberries
60 g powdered sugar
Zest of 1 orange
Mint for garnish

I'm very happy that you like my recipe! I really love the aroma of marsala wine, but you can use any type of liquor. Coconut and orange are matched very well with strawberries. :) You have to use it only if you want to add extra flavour to the dessert. I hope this will help you! Have a great day and stay safe!

The consistency is softer, sort of like a mousse. Better served in a glass or bowl.

Hello! No is not a cheesecake, but could add some biscuits base if you want. It's just a nice and delicious mascarpone deliciousness. There is a cheesecakes without a crust and I like it- Basque cheesecake is a great example.

Absolutely! Will be super nice. But the bananas are getting dark so you have to put them on top and serve the dessert immediately. 🙂
