I never thought this tower defense game I decided to check out during the pandemic lockdown would pull me down this rabbit hole for 5 years Arknights is my first gaccha game and since then I have tried out different games in the genre. But the story, lore, characters, art, gameplay and the music of this game all adds up to make this a truly special masterpiece Happy 5th Arknights Anniversary to all my fellow doctors 🎉

I've never been a tower defense fan honestly, so I didn't have much interest in it, but people in a server I was in on Discord kept talking about it prior to the GL release, and I said, "screw it, I'll try it" and picked it up day 1. Never thought it'd become such a big part of my life over the course of these past few years.
I can't believe that I've been playing this game for 5 years, and experienced each and every story references in that MV. I really love that part where Muelsyse noticed the beam that destroys Terra's barrier. Lone Trail is my favorite event and that moment, or at least the beam part, was still one of the most memorable scenes from that event. Happy 5th Anniversary, Arknights, and Happy 5th Anniversary to all the Doctors around the world!
yeah the lack of parental figures with the doctor and theresa really messed with amiya, she met theresa but she was already dying so she never got to spend that much time with her
While she does lack the parental figure, I think it's also the burden of knowing the fate of Terra is just that heavy, and would force you to choose a really hard decision. In original timeline Doctor also chose the same decision, probably would end up in the same fate as IS5 timeline if not for Theresa factory reset Doctor's memory.
In the first chapters Amiya leans on Doctor as moral support but the writing is making Amiya less and less dependable on others you wonder why is the doctor there outside of the Lore
Love this game so much, It actually makes me happy. I love the world building and the story. And the Environments we're put into that pair with music like this? Every character is easily special in their own rights and backstory's, Personality and Roles. Happy 5 Years And to another many years ahead with this amazing game and the amazing community! Started Arknights during Covid as I was fresh out of high school. Arknights has such amazing characters and the story itself as well as the art is just AMAZING.

Btw is that a studio name i see?! They’ve made a dedicated studio (ARKUS) for future animated videos possibly? Oh how I’ve dream for them to invest on animation side, like they have plenty of music for operators that’s amazing and if added with animation it would create a more impactful impression for them (like show bits of their lore with their song). But maybe I’m getting ahead of myself, i’ll just see what they’ll make and share with us players

So spoiler alert below if you wanna wait to read it yourself In Ending 4, Godmiya met Qui'lon and seal his timeline in originium. I cant describe the details, because ED 4 wording is hard for me to understand. In Ending 3, when Nymph was about to wake up ED3 doc from the sarcophagus, the doctor is not there and instead was replaced by black egg shell, and then its revealed the pope become mad with originium was actually because he was influenced by Godmiya. After the pope dies, originium expanded from him and cover the entire world. In ending 2, The doctor helped both theresis and theresa to build Kazdel and progress their technology significantly, they plan to break down the fake sky to reach the celestial fulcrum and use it, but just when they are about break the fake sky, the world was englufed by Originium by Godmiya, ED2 Theresa tried to stop Godmiya, but in the end its useless. As for ED 1, nothing much happens since its the Real Universe. Nymph wakes up in reality, but still have lingering Nightmares of godmiya
