I don't know why, but I really didn't get what all the fuss was about Atomic Habits. I didn't like it and I didn't find it ground-breaking. On the other hand, I've heard a number of great reviews of Profit First and I would like to read it. I liked Launch by Jeff Walker which I infact only read recently. It made me start writing on menopause (I'm a biochemist) and launch a coaching business
Yes Launch is another great one. I think Atomic Habits makes habit forming seem less intimidating so that’s why it’s gotten so much traction. If you’re a pretty self motivated person I could use it not being as groundbreaking
