Hey Bro, since you always wanted to open back Bluetooth , you need to check out Hifiman Deva BT. Supposed to be best in class for this particular need of yours :-) also I am dying to hear a review from a regular person not an audiophile with analytical ears. Also please do a review of the amp you were using for us .... Do you sell this stuff after reviewing it? keep up the good work man. Love your channel. It’s more entertaining than TV.
I love you videos. You do a great job with your editing, the picture and audio quality is great too. I bought a set of the MPOW M30 after watching your review and love them. Keep up the great reviews.
With 32ohm impedance and 101 dB I think it is sensitivity, they can be driven by a phone, pc, tablet which is a nice thing if you don't have a dac and amp or a dongle. Will scale, that is improve somewhat with but not a he'll of a lot as the drivers are limited in capability but great for the price.
The SHP9600's earpads CAN be removed. BUT its glued to this plastic ring that clips in and out. I absolutely hate it when headphone manufacturers do that. Like, come on! Give me a way to easily swap out my earpads when they get all stinky or if they wear out!
You really should. Open backs are completelly different kind of sound. And you can even try some planars. But be coutious you could want to own ones after it. ))
Your missing out, was the same and when I first experienced it, it was weird but it's like having good speakers right on your ear, no sweat, light, and can be worn for hours
I dont recommend blasting a high gain on 36 ohm dd headphones, especially with an amp like A90. The sound is likely to be distorted permanently on the long run. Still great review tho
Awsome review, man! Finally some open-back full sized wired goods! Really fun to watch, as always! Can't wait until you get your hands on some serious planar open back headphones. That would be an upgrade! I personally got Verum 1 as my open back planars and let me tell you, they are awsome! I know they are not too popular, hard to get and some people even got problems with them. But mine were completely fine and I can't recomend them enaugh as true audiophile experience without braking the bank, like with Audeze LCD-2.
#NewStuff reviewed for us by JDL/JDA. I was expecting to hear more about the DAC/AMP you had on the table to Know if it is necessary to buy it for this headphones. Anyway nice to discover these headphones thanks to you 💥🔥🙌🙌👍💥🔥
Don't like the bassy sound. I put the 9500 pads on the shp9600. Sound is now even, clear with good seaperation and definition. And bass is a good, balanced quality.
These are pretty cool never heard of open back headphones. Your reviews are always like a box of chocolates you never know what you’re going to get. Here supporting your channel. See you in the next video.
Haha my problem too. I got the oneodio studio headphones and samson sr850 because of your reviews. I'm going after the SHP9500 next. Really want to experience open back headphones.
@@ravenslikewritingdesks you'll be a changed man once you try them. I really wish more companies made open-back bluetooth headphones, but I understand why they don't. 😞
@@NewStuffTV1 I just wanted to buy for my son. I have DT 990 pro which I use sound blasterx G6 to get better sound. Which OHM does this Philips SHP9600 have?

Mr. Mobile sent me, I've been searching for a channel like this. Thanks for your videos
Wow I was looking at them joints. NewStuff
SHP9500 is a great alternative to those, if you want open back under 100$
SHP9500 was overhype so they *fixed the price on SHP9600
That was gold. “Swallow your ear and shove that music in there” lmao
Check out the X2HR's if you want skullshattering clean bass without compromise.
Thanks Antwan! 🙌
Yaay, earliest I've ever seen one of your videos, 3hrs after upload.
Definitely gotta try some of the Focal Open back headphones... Much more $$$ but OMG!
Hey Man! Do Philips HSP9600 Sound better compared to Sony WH-1000xm3? 🙌🙌
both are made for different purpose....m3 is made for someone who wants some space from their noisy surroundings and enjoy some music without noise
You can buy a 4 foot cable on Amazon for around $12 dollars
And these are now down to $88 on Amazon

it has been decades since my last pair of wired headphone, but what the heck, shall long as it sound good, just add it to my arcade.
that open back design look similar with sennheiser hd series, hope it sound just as good.
500 maybe close to some but not 600 series those are a step up in ability and of course price.

hello is the 9600 better sounding than the 1000xm3? tks
Try Philips Fidelio X2HR or the Fidelio X3 for more bass, as others would also say
Well damn. Here we go again down the rabbit hole! Lol! I've wanted to try those out as well, just haven't gotten around to it.

Is this headset easy to use? I mean just plug in and listen to the music, or do I have to have audio interface?
They are plug and play. However, if you want to get the best performance from them try out an inexpensive DAC or Amplifier at some point.

You'd need a 3.5mm Bluetooth receiver adapter!
I guess my Shp9500 will be getting a new companion real soon 😂.
Koss Squad reporting in. Still have not found anything as comfortable and great sound quality as my KSC75!

High gain on a pair of headphones that can be powered from a phone?! Are you crazy?!?
