- A quick video of me installing the new BNR Intake Spacer for the Gen 1, 1.4L Engine found in several GM vehicles. (with a bonus oil change)
I have several 0-45 and 1/8th mile runs before the spacer.
Why 0-45? It's a slow car, lol.
I'll be doing runs soon again and will post a future update video with the results.
Spacer can be found at link below:

Thanks for the install video! We'll share this on our FB page and send some people your way!
Great vid. I just bought mine and planning install and port manifold at same time. How are you liking it so far. Notice much of a difference? I just moved to Denver and the altitude killed the power and throttle response on this car and hoping to get some throttle response back.
You'll definitely notice a difference with both that ported intake and spacer.
I'm high altitude as well, I find the tune makes the hugest difference of all.
@@FunnyMuffler yeah I'm tuned too but still lost a significant amount of power and throttle response. Lost over a second 0-60 and 1/8 mile lol just want to make it drivable again. Plus I still need to get an updated tune from Jerry as it really runs like crap here compared to sea level. Thanks for reply
Do you mind if we add this video to our product page? Would definitely get you some more views!
Absolutely! Wish my video was a little better to do some more justice to the spacer, lol.
Fuel economy improved?
I didn't see an improvement nor dip in fuel economy. More seemed to help with the "pull" when wide open.
Someone needs to make one for the gen 2
Same company makes one for the LE2 as well:
