    It would be nice if you do a guided class with all these exercises. I think that will help and motivate people to actually do these movements. These follow along classes definitely motivate me to do them

    Kristie, you are putting in so much work and so consistently and, now that I am back at my job at the coal testing laboratories-it’s brutal what the field technicians and prep do with this coal to get it to the chemists and it busts your body; but, through stretches I know off by heart for years and, now, with the addition of new ways to get loose through your regimen… my life is becoming very grand. Thank you for all the work you put in, and so many of us do notice and appreciate you. Hope to see you on follow me Friday or shortly thereafter lol

    This was such an eye-opener. No wonder I have so much body ache I've been doing all these exercises incorrectly for 20yrs

    That thing where you stand on one leg and then hinge over has been identified by the international human rights tribunal at The Hague as a form of enhanced interrogation

    Question, is it safe and useful to do a dynamic plank in the following way ? In plank position as low as possible, then alternately bring the knees to the floor at a decent pace? as a core exercise
