excellent truly excellent. the use of the sharp quick gaster leitmotif, the dark truth/legend call back, the church bells, the choir, the *tasty fuckin' licks* on the guitar ending with rude buster really makes this feel like an honest leak as to what ch 7 might sound like. 11/10 best finalarea song
I'm surprised at how easily Penumbra Phantasm and Gaster blended here. I've always thought you could easily mix the two tracks and that definitely seems to be the case (come on mr fox please)
i really really like this, you did a good job of keeping the pep of the “first area” themes we’ve heard so far, while also having it sound fittingly intense for an endgame area, like shit’s getting real but we still have one last leg of the adventure to go on, it reminds me a lot of CORE in terms of vibes but honestly much much better
The beginning uses a leitmotif from Penumbra Phantasm, a song that Toby never officially released but still referenced in other songs, one of which being Descend.
