Also the zone lifts flex alright, my friend has one and it is for sure better than stock and definitely enough to wheel as long as you do cut the fenders

@Rocky TV yeah, I had just finished getting all but the new pistons and oil pump for a full overhaul and update. Decided to do an engine swap instead of buying a rebuilt or new engine so I got lost of parts. Will be slightly modifying a vortec 350, rebuilding a 700R4 4x4 and putting them together with an NP241C as the replacements. Aim is for zero electronics
Glad to see the black jeep back up and running. Those 4.0s are really slow. I've added some performance parts to mine, but haven't tried it yet. Curious to see what your nxt move is.
Yeah I kinda felt like it was probably normal as far as how slow it was 😂 I’m not sure what will be next for this Jeep I’ll probably take it wheeling some how it is and then see what I want to upgrade and swap out from there.

Rocky, it looked like you had the OD OFF so the 4.0's are even slower with the overdrive off.

@@ROCKY_TV Nice i have 4" rough country and rubican takeoffs. i have the same fan problem my plug for the module shorted so i did the switch inside

Yours blew the transfer case mine blew and engine. Never boring as a Jeep owner 🙃

Had a GC with the 4.0 and it was under powered.
It feels like a little more power than my 3.8 in the JKU but yeah still sucks 😂

Mine is a 4.7. It’s slow but a little faster than that

My V8 is s awd do you have the 242 transfer case for 2wd? If not that's where your missing power
