This truck is currently on a 2.5" Supreme Suspensions leveling kit with the 18" Sota Off Road Pro Series Wheels wrapped in 33" Mickey Thompson Baja ATZ's. I'm not 100% on the exact offset but I want to say they're around +12. -Justin
I can't believe they didn't trim the metal bar on the second bumper. I guess since it's a RUclips channel the bumper is likely just on to show us, so he didn't want to cut and make any permanent damage .. so that makes sense. But if they're leaving that bumper on, they gotta trim that metal bar.
Great video Justin. On the brush guard. It is not superior to a full bumper replacement. I have seen plenty of vehicles with brush guards totaled due to front end collisions mainly impacting 1 side or the other and very few full on collisions. I would trust a full bumper replacement like the 2nd or 3rd shown here over a brush guard. A brush guard is simply that, a brush guard. Will it take paking lot bumps? Yes it will, but not anything else over 10mph. Deer country people always go with a full bumper with upper protection like ranch hand or frontier.
Hey Tim- that is a factory STX grille. You could probably grab one online or at your local dealer if you wanted to change up the look. Have a great one! -Justin
I heard on some of the bumpers like the off-road one you have to relocate you cruise control box is that true I have a 2015 built coyote lifted 10 inch 37 x20x 13.50
Cool breakdown of front end armor... do some brush guards significantly impact air flow? I've had my F150 for exactly 7 days and loving the Haul (learning a lot)
This will block the sensor after that the cruise control will not working and you will get a message that the sensor is blocked , except for the last one it will block your sensor and your front camera
I thought the pre collision assist sensors where behind those black caps on the bumpers. I have a 19 and would like to put on a full bumper grill guard combo. Do I lose the collision assist and where is the sensor located?
So when you say these bumpers support a ton of lighting, are you referring to an American ton, or metric ton? Would be interesting to see someone try to fit 2000lbs (2205lbs metric) of lighting on one of these bumpers.
That barricade HD brush guard has too much center grille obstruction!! That is what you get when you enlist non- automotive engineering that prioritizes form over function... YOU BETTER GET A BIGGER RADIATOR!
None of these look like they would provide the protection I’m looking for. Especially the last one, it looks as if it would barely protect the factory bumper at all. Thanks for the 10 minute Barricade ad.
There is no way on gods green earth that adding a front bumper will take that much out of your MPG. Hell I have bigger tires, front and rear steel bumpers, rock sliders and a winch and I *maybe* lost 1 mpg around town. -Justin
I have a bumper like the last one mixed with the 2nd to last Its called the "HD Elevation Front Bumper." I think the total shipping weight was 250-270 Lbs I still get 11-13 mpg 17-20 on the highway like before.
Ha ha ha,,,,,to my gen two Raptor I added one piece solid steel bumpers with front bull bar, 5 front and two rear light bars, tri-fold bed cover and spray in bed liner. Zero mpg change.
Light bars are garbage. As a truck driver every time I see one coming at me on the highway, I only hope someone smashes it out at some point like that guy at the truck stops in Amarillo.

i have a 19 platinum with acc and i got a westin sportman grille guard
my acc works perfectly
I like the painted stock bumper but I do love the rims
I like the design of these bumpers but the gaps look terrible
I would have to pay some some to cut and repaint the grill trim to make the gaps even. I can’t do it.
Agree, the top lines of those bumpers don't line up below the grill and headlights.
The body lines look terrible on the barricade hd
Andrew Sarine “but the body lines or off” boss “ I don’t see it shoot it and sell it”
Going with a budget bumper will have its pros and cons. -Justin
What's the tire and size please?
They are 33x12.50 tires and 17x9 0 offset wheels on a level, if I recall correctly
@@drewperaza6306 thanks
First part of video , can you have both on ??!!?😅 for the F-150 2013
1:31, inconsiderate parallel parker's hahaha...😁😂🤣 That's a good one👍
Wait! The last part of the video , does it effect the fuel ? Like more weight it has and the more it will burn ??
What’s the suspension set up on that truck? Lever or lift? Brand? What rims and tires are those? Are they offset at all?

You're right. And initially I had more options in mind but since they weren't made by Barricade I couldn't really cover them. -Justin
The HD off road bumper has a really clean look to it (if it were aligned properly). Is there any ability to mount a winch?
Hey Josh- the Barricade Off Road does not have winch capabilities- sorry man. -Justin
Where can one get the honeycomb front grille with Ford emblem??
Hey Tim- that is a factory STX grille. You could probably grab one online or at your local dealer if you wanted to change up the look. Have a great one! -Justin
Man Justin where have you been? I was just thinking the other day Where's Justin? Good to see you back!
Haha, I've been here! I bounce back and forth between truck and the Mustang side of things. -Justin
I heard on some of the bumpers like the off-road one you have to relocate you cruise control box is that true I have a 2015 built coyote lifted 10 inch 37 x20x 13.50
Correct- Addictive desert designs makes a relocation bracket which moves the adaptive cruise module to the grille area. -Justin
I like that brush guard, guess I’m kinda old school , reminds me of my fathers 2nd gen dodge 🥹
What kind of wheels are on the truck?
Nick/Dawn Calhoun looks like SOTA Off Road D.R.T. Stealth Black 6-Lug Wheel
Which one would be best for moving protestors?
Cool breakdown of front end armor... do some brush guards significantly impact air flow? I've had my F150 for exactly 7 days and loving the Haul (learning a lot)
Would one be able to run bigger tires like 35s if you install one of the ft. bumpers. No trimming or cutting
Don’t think so unless you cut the crash bars.
Ranch hand has cut outs for you camera and cruise control
What’s the wheel and tire set up on that truck?
what does adaptive cruse control have to do with a bumper
The sensor is located in the factory bumper. -Justin
Is this particular truck leveled or lifted if you remember?
Justin. Do you guys have a aftermarket air dam for a 2020 f150 STX ? Thanks.
Mmmm. Is the the Barricade off road slightly droopy at the ends? It looks like the gap is slightly wider.
This will block the sensor after that the cruise control will not working and you will get a message that the sensor is blocked , except for the last one it will block your sensor and your front camera

Brush guard vs bumper, who would win?
3:06 That bumper is either installed poorly or just simple doesn't fit. Either way it looks like you rear ended someone at 10MPH.
What tire and wheel combo is on that truck??
I dig them!
So when you say these bumpers support a ton of lighting, are you referring to an American ton, or metric ton?
Would be interesting to see someone try to fit 2000lbs (2205lbs metric) of lighting on one of these bumpers.
$150 handling fee??? What a rip off.
The handling fee is a screw job !
That’s why I bought from their competitors
I can't justify buying a front bumper upgrade without recovery hooks and a winch.
We have those as well! Unfortunately Barricade doesn't make any so therefore I couldn't talk about them in this video. :X -Justin
The barricade doesn’t look like it fits well.
These things are just for looks, they offer no protection in a crash, they will take out your grill, shutters etc… instead of just a damaged bumper.
You're welcome. -Justin
mid $500, now they are $1250+
I would really like a front bumper but I cant justify loosing 2-4 mpg like the forums say
There is no way on gods green earth that adding a front bumper will take that much out of your MPG. Hell I have bigger tires, front and rear steel bumpers, rock sliders and a winch and I *maybe* lost 1 mpg around town. -Justin
