I always thought the time stone was the most powerful stone but I think the reality might be stronger considering it can literally override time and change the entire manner by which time works.

If you had the time stone and the reality stone, you’d be practically unstoppable, because the stones work in a circuit, each stone helps another. The time stone allows the holder of the reality stone to essentially control life itself.

The most powerfull in my opinion
I was kind of disappointed that the Reality stone wasn't shown to be as powerful as it could have. It would have been interesting if it kept its liquid form for longer so it could interact with other characters, like a symbiote, someone could let it inhabit them then use the stone's power. Jane Foster could not survive with it inside her, but someone like Malekith the dark elf could, so it wis not impossible to use as an infused substance.
