Okay... So I'm starting to get more and more people interested in covers.. So what would you like me to do next? Whatever I cover, I promise to keep it true to the original but with added spice and some olive oil. Up for any track, from any game, from any show, from any band/artist. Nostalgia plays an important role with covers and I want to make sure it's right for all of you :)

Bruce made some ridiculously atmospheric and heavy tracks for the show. Honestly DragonBall doesn't hit the same without it imo.
It's a shame it's gone so generic. DBZ had some really unique sounding music which separated from the standard anime at the time. Some new tracks are decent but a lot of them sound like filler tracks tbh. Bruce doesn't do filler.

bruce falconer's score makes dragon ball feel more like a superhero/superpower show whereas the original score makes it feel more like a martial arts show
@@sebastianc5155 well by the time of Z, it had basically become a superhero show. I mean, martial artists can't fly or shoot lasers.
@@dplocksmith91 fair enough, but do not forget that stuff was already there during the last arc of the original dragon ball. the score in kai is my least favorite, though I like both the original score and falconer score equally overall

Seeing the Eternal Dragon and hearing his theme music should be how Dragon Ball fans celebrate St. Patrick's Day. Can't beat a giant green dragon that grants wishes.
There are a fuckload of metal DBZ covers out there. This is the best one. It's genuinely fucking rocking dude, god damn.

To be honest, Cell Saga hits differently to Buu Saga because Cell has the capabilities of being the strongest and becoming perfect with the 2x most killing androids with the combine powers of Vegeta and Goku. Just tells that a child is far more special and much stronger than their father. Trunks and Gohan succeeded with great power which makes me so happy!

The Raging Raven well when you put it that way, you're right, I should really, I do have a lot more like this, I showed them to a few dbz fans and got some really negative responses so I didn't post them, this was one of them. @@KhydroDjent Ginyu Force Theme, Vegeta Fights Frieza, Cell Destroys The Islands, Piccolo Vs Frieza, Piccolo Vs 17....basically any of the tracks that incorporate midi guitars cause that gives you a great template. You could also do your own spin on the typical stuff like Vegetas Theme, Vegeta SSJ, SSJ3 Theme etc.

The guitar was so weak it needed to overpower everything but instead faded in 🖕
Nah I don't think they needed to overpower everything. The bass actually drives the song in the original so I lowered the guitars and made sure the bass riff was the constant drone without the high end of the guitars interfering :) the guitars in the original sit quite far back in the mix.

Bruh almost every character even the most bad ass dragon had been its own theme well then again I think they used shenrons theme for when kid buu was destroying the planet or somewhere in an episode of Dbz Majin saga I could be wrong I need to rewatch this master pieces fellas 😢😢😢 I’ll do it for our legend Akira Toriyama rest in peace 🪦 my friend 🙏🙏🙏🙏
