A whirlpool tub has a motor that will need to be accessed for repairs and replacement. So it's important to include an access panel into your planning for installation. Bathroom layout and building codes will need to be considered to avoid potential problems. Хобби
This little ruclips.net/user/postUgkxVoi3B4CB6Oygq1-vo4OTL1M_M5JkrXif tub works perfect in our 6 x 6 shower and is easy to get in and out. Also easy to drain.
If the entire front apron can't be removed, it should fail an inspection. I used to tile jacuzzi's like this and I told the builder that I'm not tiling the front apron and he needs to build a full cabinet front with doors. A 12" x 12" opening isn't enough room to work. All motors will fail.
Thanks for video. I know this is an old video but by xhance can you pass on the name and manufacturer of that jetted tub? It is just what im looking for but cant find..a left hand drain with pump directly behind the access panel. The tubs i find have the pumps at opposite end of drain but thay wont work..due to that area being an exterior wall. Please provide info if you can and thanks for video.
well maybe you should have at least demonstrated how the access panel gets removed and attached since you never showed how it was built. we cant all be craftsmen and cabinetry experts so we don't know how to do it just by looking at it, throw us a dam bone why don't you
It's called pull it out or push it in
Yes, that's the information Im trying to get. A little demonstration how the panel is moved would help. This video sucks
@@funtimeinphilly Sucks seems harsh. It introduced the whole idea of needing an access panel and showed options, which I found useful. Your criticism sucks a little.
Mine was totally enclosed.
Someone has cut open the closet to access the motor . Now I need to cut our the other end to access the controls.
I am not having any good thing to say about this. Thinking I would never buy another.
Should have used Buttonfix
