I've read most of these already because of you, but I just went to an author event with Lisa Jewell and Catriona Ward, so I got a signed copy of None of This is True! Can't wait to read it!
Thanks for all the recommendations, Gabby! I’m currently reading The Last One Left and it’s so good! I also loved The Kind Worth Saving! I loved The Kind Worth Killing so much and so I was happily surprised that this sequel measured up.
All the Dangerous Things, What Lies in the Woods, and The Last Word were all five stars for me - I think The Last Word is my favorite book I’ve read this year. I need to read Sign Here but its length is intimidating!
Leaving on a cruise in a week and have The Last One on my kindle. Hoping to read it relaxing on a lounge chair on the deck with the water cresting below.
Thanks Gabby, I always look forward to you thriller recs, coming across your channel nearly two years ago has been central in rekindling my love of good thrillers.
I read the writings retreat it was unhinged n a journey i loved that book and today i grab and copy of the only one left and i can't wait to read and i also got what lies in the woods on kindle and the last one on my kindle
Little out of topic - not relating to the thriller books. I would love to know your thoughts on tomorrow, and tomorrow and tomorrow. Really thought you would recommend it in one of your video.
I'm planning on The Kind Worth Saving (the first one is one of my all time favourite thrillers) and also The Writing Retreat. I am 50% What lies in the woods now and I am not impressed, but it has potential to change my mind.
A notification brought me back to this comment, so to update: What lies in the woods didn't change my mind. Gave it 2 stars. And the Writing Retreat was utterly total bulls**t 😆😆😆😆
So many books here on my want to read list already - Sign Here, The Writing Retreat and The Last One. Just added The Quiet Tenant. I've never heard of it before and the comparison to Notes on an Execution sold me. That's one of my best books of 2023 (so far!) ☺
Where do you usually get the hardcover book ? I always want buy the hardcover one but sometimes Barnes and Noble or Amazon don't have the hard cover of the one I'm looking for
When you agree with most of the suggestions but disagree with the primary suggestion - The writing retreat. Such avg book. If I tell someone plot of this book and ask what do you think will be mystery then they will guess it correct in first attempt. And sexy and dreamy scenes in book bear no significance. If you remove those from book it will make no changes to that book at all. Overall, I love thriller recommendation book series. Taking few tbr from this video.
I am going to go back and watch all of the 12 episodes and see if I can find some new and amazing books 📚 for me to read so thank you in advance love your Aussie family friend John ❤❤❤
Hi, congratulations on your reviews. I have always followed your recommendations. I was truly impressed by the beauty of "Motion Detection," a thriller book that I stumbled upon by chance on Amz. The cover intrigued me, it's different from the usual, and I highly recommend it to you!
I just read None of this is True the other day and I was so involved in it. Solid 4.5 stars, I almost went 5 but I feel like Notes on an Execution was a bit better. It's a rare thriller that I give 5 stars but it was great.
A flickr in the dark is not very good... It's one of the only books I ever gave 1 star because it was the most predictable plotline I have I ever read. But please read it 'cause I want your opinion!
At the present days thriller make me very lonely feeling. How are I recovering this feeling 😢😢😢. Plz help me and suggest good thriller books which felt me joy
I honestly can't stand The quiet one. I hate that book, it's so boring and the characters don't make any sense at all. There is no climax. But I do love most of the books you recommened, especially The kind worth saving, because I didn't like the first book The kind worth killing.
I am so intrigued now by The Last One!

Omg! I LOVE Lisa Jewell! What she like?
@@marynbooks0622 Her and Catriona Ward had a great talk. She was so nice and told a story about how she actually wrote her first book on a dare!
Thanks for all the recommendations, Gabby! I’m currently reading The Last One Left and it’s so good! I also loved The Kind Worth Saving! I loved The Kind Worth Killing so much and so I was happily surprised that this sequel measured up.

I read the writings retreat it was unhinged n a journey i loved that book and today i grab and copy of the only one left and i can't wait to read and i also got what lies in the woods on kindle and the last one on my kindle

I just bought The Quiet Tenant for my Kindle and Audible accounts today. It looked so interesting.

Everyone in my family has killed someone sounds very Series of Unfortunate events and it makes me want to re read that series and then that book!
Night Will Find You by Julia Heaberlin is SO good! It's such a unique story with beautiful writing
Gabby did you ever read The Chestnut Man? Its back from 2019 but It’s such a good one. One of my favorite thrillers of all time.
Gabby, I always enjoy your videos!!! Have you ever read “Nearly Departed in Deadwood” by Ann Charles? I’m really enjoying the autobook!!!❤❤Judy❤❤
Good morning Gabby happy Sunday morning and I loved your vlogs and you are amazing Supporter and I'm proud of you
So busy writing all the recommendations down 😅
I loved Sign here it was so fun. I don’t think u should even bother with the flicker in the dark bc it isn’t as good as her other book.
Hay Gabby,Thanks for this suggestion video.❤️😀
The Quiet Tenant was amazing and a 5 star for me.
For some reason "The Last One" is called "The Last Passenger" here in South Africa😂
I am going to go back and watch all of the 12 episodes and see if I can find some new and amazing books 📚 for me to read so thank you in advance love your Aussie family friend John ❤❤❤
Writer’s Retreat was too unhinged for me. It kept my interest and no way could i have predicted the twists.
Hi, congratulations on your reviews. I have always followed your recommendations. I was truly impressed by the beauty of "Motion Detection," a thriller book that I stumbled upon by chance on Amz. The cover intrigued me, it's different from the usual, and I highly recommend it to you!
I’m reading the The last one now and very much enjoying it I hope the ending ends the same and I’ll give u it a 4/5 star
This is a great list. Most of these I’ve read, or are on my TBR.
I think I might be one of the select few that didn’t like A Flicker in the Dark, but I am interested in the one you mentioned by the same author.
I just read None of this is True the other day and I was so involved in it. Solid 4.5 stars, I almost went 5 but I feel like Notes on an Execution was a bit better. It's a rare thriller that I give 5 stars but it was great.
Yes Lisa’s books are predictable but they’re well written so you want to keep reading !

I agree with your opinion on the book.
Omg! Same I predicted everything from the start. It was boring I gave it 2 stars
None of this is true is PHENOMENAL as an audiobook. The podcast aspect is amazing
I just finished The Last One…it was unreal! And I loved it!
I love thriller. They’re so interesting ❤
At the present days thriller make me very lonely feeling. How are I recovering this feeling 😢😢😢. Plz help me and suggest good thriller books which felt me joy
I liked A Flicker in the Dark more than All the dangerous Things
I love your videos
i almost dnf-ed a flicker in the dark :/
Just read None of This is True - I ate that book up SO fast!
I honestly can't stand The quiet one. I hate that book, it's so boring and the characters don't make any sense at all. There is no climax.
