Loved your canoe FF video! I’m a Michigander, who worked for a company based in Corry, PA. Spent lots of time there and Meadville. Penn State and Joe Humphries are well respected in the fly fishing community. Been following your YT channel for maybe two years and really appreciate the down home flavor. Nothing like watching two brothers enjoying the same passion in life. I need more of your brother’s trip out west and your tying. Great video! I could keep up with everything you were doing and didn’t get lost in the fluff talk that adds nothing to what you are trying to teach! Thanks!

Glad you've been enjoying the videos! The canoe video is one of our personal favorites as well and we actually still continue to watch it on occasion. It's nice to have these videos to preserve some great memories. Thanks for your support!

What is the brand of hook?? Any reason you like those instead of tiemco or mustad?? Thanks.

We use Lively Legz lip splitter hooks in the 320J model. They tend to be less expensive than tiemco, mustad, diaiichi, etc. and the quality is VERY good! Just a personal preference on our end but any of those brands should work. I'll update the video description with their website info if you're interested in trying these hooks out.
