This is what started the return of Jamaican Residence, the price of the homes were reasonable at first but now it is unreachable for meany unless you win the lotto. The land scaping though oh my! ! is out of this world
People, when buying real estate try to buy at the start of construction because so called escalation shot up the prices in no time, making it unaffordable for a lot of potential buyers. I purchased at $14,500,00 and by closing with so called escalation that price shot up to $15,900,000.00
Richmond is a great community however I think it’s about time that the developers made some modern updates to the homes. The Louver windows are very outdated. The closet doors could be sliding or just a regular closet door without the louvered look. Updates should be done with the entire bathroom and an indoor laundry room should be added. The prices are going up however the layout is outdated.
heartless41 they need to sort out the poverty How about that Sort out trench town and build decent homes for the poor and low income families. And up your game
Kevin Enfield New development. 80% sold. They've started the 2nd phase and these units will be more expensive. I'm buying in and can't wait. Go to their website and get more information. I'm from JA, and returning to live back in the land of my birth.
Kevin Enfield it’s far from being deserted. NO HANGING OUT ALLOWED ON THE STREETS, thank GOD. I own a house there and I feel so at peace, like I’m in a different country. I hope God keeps me in good health so I can retire the next 8 yrs and truly enjoy it but for now I have to settle for yearly trips😢.God bless our island.
Fedda Jcan Hi, I’m in the process of buying one too but I have never been there. I am not even from that area, so please tell me are you really happy with it? Who maintains the lawn, etc when you’re not there? I plan to move back home too but plan to transition for about a year or who knows maybe when I eventually get a chance to see it I may just take the plunge. I am retired but Covid-19 put a hold on my travel plans.

The developers have done a grand job. They are making a fortune out of us.
Not out of you because you're not a investor.

So is it that Richmond Estate has various subsets of house types within its walls ?
