  • The nature of the Baltic Sea offers incredible surprises, which we will uncover in a three-part documentary series. Experience the breathtaking Baltics thanks to never-before seen footage of marine life that thrives near the Arctic Circle.
Raucous seal gatherings, impossibly rare whales, and soaring sea eagles. Part 1 of Wild Baltic Sea takes us from Denmark to Latvia, via the Darss Peninsula and Lithuania’s Curonian Spit.

My mom and dad were from Lithuania. Mom use to swim in the Baltic with my uncle. It's beautiful, and now I see why they missed the homeland so very much! Thank you for letting me see too!

Lovely wildlife! Love the Baltic. I wonder why you label it: "Between Denmark & Latvia" vs., say Denmark & Finland or St. Petersburg?

Probably because, if you listened, the southern half is salt water, and is quite different to the northern half.

Yes and danish chemical factories spilling tonnes of pollution into the ocean, and Denmark letting Norway dump their "oil sludge" in the South Storebælt, and the danish farmers letting tonnes of pesticides and Fertilizers kill the life too...

As I obtained my degree in 2014, I'm not surprised at such European countries. Just solve the Mediterranean overfishing.
