It is a beautiful video. Tiny Town has come so far…My husband and I were there meeting with Randy exactly 2 yrs. ago. We wanted to move there, but on the way home to Pa., my husband had a heart attack, and needed a triple bypass. Due to health problems and age we gave up on our dream of living there.
However the tiny homes that Randy builds will always have a place in our hearts…On Sunday we are driving back down to Tennessee from Pa. for a 5 day vacation. We are staying in one of the Hobbit Houses at Mountainshire… we love TN.

Beautiful! I do miss the color & awesome scenery down there.. but I am back here in Michigan and loving the Great Lakes & the fresh fish from them! I still don't have a home...but I'm still trying so hard to help my husband. I pray all the time for both.

I do love this but shoe box living isn't my thing. How about a 12 x 60, no stairs, no loft, high ceilings Randy? I don't do stairs, but I do enjoy crafts, and of course a patio, and rooms with a view of nature, not a parking lot or anything like that!
Maybe go to a company that builds those bigger homes. ITH does not build that big, and they only build tiny homes on wheels. A home that big would have to be delivered on a long flatbed.

ITH HAS A RAILROAD?!?
It sits atop a berm that separates the river from Tiny Town. You can cross the tracks and walk down to the river and still be on ITH Properties for fishing or a kayak run into downtown Newport.
it runs along the outside of the property and the train goes by once a day

what is going on with the palm trees ? none of them look like they survived the winter weather unfortunately. that will be such a shame and a waste of money if they dont survive. it would be beautiful to see them in their full splender !!!
