Hi guys, nice to see you making videos again. The traffic really does get worse and worse every year. I keep waiting for all the snowbirds to leave but it doesn’t seem like they leave anymore. Jim loves bread so that would be a place he would definitely like. Thanks for the heads up and hope to see more videos soon. 😊👍
Hi Steve. They have really amazing sandwiches as well. There is a store closer on Sunrise Way but it's much smaller and not as well stocked. Thanks for watching.
@@garyphil5432 I will let Jim know. He loves sandwiches. I hope you guys find the Cuban items you were looking for. I’ve never heard of Cuban patties. What are they?
@@steveinpalmspringsca Jamaican beef patties are like a cross between an empanada and a Cornish pastie. They have a very distinct crust and an amazingly spiced beef filling. Thanks again for watching.
disappearing for 9 months and then sharing a video without telling something about what happened , may be if you said something about what you lived in those mouths , anyway it's really good to see you again . I hope everything is going great for you two and from your smiles I can tell . have a nice day 🕊
Wow, I haven't been to Palm Springs since 1987 and I remember it being so small. Times sure do change. 😄 That deli looks really nice. Now I have a craving for bucatini all'amatriciana 😋
Until we visited and looked with intent to move, we hadn't been here since the late 90's. It has really grown. Enjoy your pasta, and thanks for watching.
Stop by Rick's Restaurants in Palm Springs - Desert Grill or the original - same owners. The owners may be able to give you a lead on where to buy Cuban things in the valley. Where is the Italian Deli in Palm Desert, please? Thank you! Glad you are settling on in. Lots to explore.
Lol. We went there for dinner for our anniversary. Asked the waiter if they had Cuban bread. He looked at us as if we had two heads and just said no. The deli is on San Pablo in Palm Desert. Thanks so much for watching.
@@garyphil5432 That's terrible! My apologies for that. I was hopeful. As more "east coasters" find Palm Springs, so too will the foods and stores. Thank you for letting me know about the San Pablo location of the I deli. Please post more. It's been too long of a gap since the last videos ....
size does matter when it comes to ciabatta bread 🙃 those loaves look so good!
LOL. Thanks for watching.
