People flat too much. I would always raise in a different line up. You will lose too much EV by your opponents flatting hands like A8s A5s or 44 instead of reshoving.

In poker you are presented with the option to fold, call/check or bet/raise. In online poker you confirm one of these options by clicking on them. And he's playing 10 tables. So unless he's just going to autofold his chips away he should probably click the mouse
