    As an ex RN I agree, when I began meditating regularly, I became less reactive to the stressful environment, was able to engage with others and articulate myself much more calmly and brought more compassion to my work. In short, the daily practice was so supportive to not only myself, but had the flow on effect to others and made my working day much easier to deal with. Bringing mindfulness into the health care setting is vital to support an industry suffering with so much pressure I feel in my humble opinion 🙏
