Yes
Wouldn't the bms treat each of the series as one of 4 high capacity battery LiFeP04 cells, and try to balance charge them? wouldn't that be dangerous as each individual cell isn't being balanced
No because if they are connected they will balance eachother, thats why its important to test the voltage of the cells before spot welding them because if one is 2.5 volts and the other is 3.5 volts it will quickly rush into the other and cause heat buildup and damage battery or even explode depending on type of cell.

What's max current can provide? Useful for inverter?
It depends on discharge rate of each cell x number of cells in parallel. Yes, it is useful for inverter depending upon the required discharge current.

I see one big problem, that is with the thin steel/ nickel strips. I don’t know how much current is the battery going to output but the side strips are too thin.
As a bonus, you should have brought main + and - from the center of each row, to balance load as best as possible

I have 16 lifepo4 batteries and I want to make a 12 volt battery pack out of all 16 batteries do I have to use a 16s 12volt bms for this build. Or can I use like a 4s bms. And where is a good place to buy bms for lifepo4 batteries. Thank you
For 12V battery pack you have to connect 4 battery in series and connect them in 4 parallel group. The configuration shall be 4S4P. You need a 4S BMS

Begining of video you watch series and parallel connection. Series voltage adds up. Parallel the amps add up. Seven batteries in parallel you get 42A
