for those who are planning on recreating this dont cut the balance leads they have the same resistance from the factory so that the cells will charge evenly on the same phase as other cells and by cutting the balance leads you are actualy reducing the balancing capabilities of your bms
A few cm of wire doesn't matter too much
good one, thou its quite big for 60v 24ah. 21700 are a lot smaller.

I have a battery bank of 60V 105Ah. I have connected 19 Cells in Series, but unfortunately the chargers available are of 20S LifePo4. What should I do ? Will 20S charger work with 19S or should I add one more cell ?
No, find the 19s compatible charger or adjutable charger or add 1 more series
