Holy crap! Ricky's tip with the electrical tape on the swivel adapter is genius. I've never actually thought of that and usually beat on the pins to tighten it up. Learned something today. Thanks, Ricky!

I always use a drill with a wire brush to clean the engine block or gearbox. This way you can always get the corroded aluminum very clean.

Ich benutze immer eine Bohrmaschine mit einer Drahtbürste, um den Motorblock oder das Getriebe zu reinigen. So bekommen Sie das korrodierte Aluminium immer sehr sauber.

To elaborate on the arp bolt question. They have a higher tensile strength and are manufactured to higher specs and tolerances than normal bolts. Because they focus specifically on bolt hardware they have higher quality control standards and are the top of the industry for fasteners.
This is like the restoration channels. It just makes me smile wide

Not going to add a second bracket for the coolant line like it had? That's a very long cantilever off the thermostat housing to be dealing with engine vibration.

When comes to Toyota I would always use OEM for sensors but I hope it works for you guys it’s a bad ass build!

I'd watch out for those carabiners for lifting, might stretch them. IMO I'd make the lifting eyes bigger and clip the hook to the plate itself.

Install some antileg and mess w the ecu so you keep the boost spooled up from an idled rpm with a launch control
I know you try to be as humble as possible, but you guys should do itemization lists of the cost of all the parts you use on each build. Would just very jaw dropping and also would give a good frame of reference for what's actually realistic for us fans out here.
No part of this is realistic for 99% of us fans lol
21:30 In regard to spool, if you're putting nitrous on it just use the nitrous as a spool aid. The turbo will make enough on its own after that.

this is literally turning into the dream build I wanted to put into my supra as far as engine drivetrain body kit and whatnot goes I would have had more basic paint like a nice clean white then paid for a like half wrap that I designed myself but unfortunately I had to sell mine a long time ago 😥 can't wait to see the finish on this build

Bump box, and 2 step...and use the nitro 4 spooling....but I would reveal it on all street tires....

Its like the stock MKIV twin turbo's ...
sure the 1st turbo spools instant and you can feel it but compare that 1st turbo to the 2nd turbo when it kicks in at 4k rpm .... makes the 1st turbo feel like its not even there. It feels like turbo lag even though that 1st one IS spooling and pulling
