Super clean B5….but the alcantara was actually an upgrade- it was part of the sport package option which also included the aluminum belt line interior trim instead of wood and the polished aluminum mirror caps
This was a wicked fun car. Had one with the black leather but the Tiptronic transmission. Ended up being dumb and selling it for $1200 with only 180.000 KMs on it because I didn't have a parking spot for it.
One day I will add one of these to my collection! This one is in really good shape! Not sure if you've seen the company on Facebook that will fix that digital read out in your cluster, I forget the name of it but I think they can even do a generation newer readout.

@@markussenaviev4688 for a newcomer I would steer clear. Unless you do your own work these cars become very expensive with maintenance. Especially with the timing belt and if you have to do the chains and tensioners that’s a whole other expense. If you know what you’re doing and can do it yourself they’re fantastic reliable cars when taken care of.
try ebay, usually you can find them from Germany... I bought mine for around 50 bucks if I remember correctly (i bought them in Switzerland where I live)

During that year of ownership and about 12k miles, I replaced a timing belt out of precaution and fixed one small leak for about $100. Other than that, the vehicle was perfect. I bought from the original owner and he babied the vehicle. I would buy another one thats for sure!

@@spencersteele7 the 2000 s4 looks a bit more desirable personally after reading because it weighs 209lbs less, no ESP (traction control) which isnt a big deal because of quattro and cant be disabled without disabling ABS on the 01, but the 01 has better intake/ypipe, turbo oil lines, and no fhose (which tears on the 2000) and new more "S" badging less subtle
@@alalal123421 I have one of those weird 01 S4's where it has the older style badges and still has the f hose, BUT I have the updated Hitachi maf and it has traction control. And from what Ive found on the forums, there are a lot of cars that were made in between the big updates that got some, but not others. I had a 00 S4 that didnt have traction control or any of the updates and honestly I didnt feel a big difference going to the 01. If you're worried about turning off TC, I just tap the button in my 01 and I can spin the wheels as much as I want/can. Idk if the previous own changed something but it seems to disable it completely
@@manuelaguilar929 So here is the deal, you need two things, the 'radio keys' that pertain to your radio and the Bluetooth car kit'' that pertains to your radio as well. For my radio, I have the 'Allroad Chorus Concert Symphony I' which requires 4 keys. Now the jacked up part is that Amazon no longer sells this. So here is a link to a different site along with the amazon link that no longer sells it but has a picture of what it looks like along with the wire harness. I found this eBay link as well but considering that no one else has it except for this guy on eBay I suggest you pick it up. Now I am not really a big fan of eBay but they do have it and considering its only $67.50 I suggest you take the chance. I remember that my buddy got a different brand (it was blue) and his cost and $100 but the difference was that his radio buttons did not work with the more expensive one and mine did with this cheaper one. The only thing is that I get fucked on the Bluetooth sometimes. So you have to have your Bluetooth turned on, on your phone before you start the car otherwise your gonna dick around with it for 15 minutes trying to get it to connect. You also have to be careful with the speakers on this vehicle because they are 2 ohm and nobody fucking sells 2-ohm speakers. Except for of course Bose but guess what Audi carries very little parts for this car so that means junkyard speakers from another exact Audi A4.
Miklo Mouse nope. A cross country move forced me to downsize. Had it for about a year with one small oil leak that was fixed with a new gasket. Great car overall. All German cars cost money though, so expect to spend money but be surprised when you don’t have to.

I believe they are pretty similar. Possibly the addition of traction control, otherwise not many changes.
@@spencersteele7 the 2000 s4 looks a bit more desirable personally after reading because it weighs 209lbs less, no ESP (traction control) which isnt a big deal because of quattro and cant be disabled without disabling ABS on the 01, but the 01 has better intake/ypipe, turbo oil lines, and no fhose (which tears on the 2000) and new more "S" badging less subtle

NikoVlogs 01 + cars had it as an option. It’s not common
B5s don’t have dual zone climate control, and it’s a timing belt not a chain. Chains were on the B6 +
