Clean! Nice. Another great tip is fly straight under and them backwards first and look for something notible on the horizon as you backup so when you finish the flip you can find that spot and cleanly fly backwards without bunking that ground.
It's not called a Matty Flip, it's called an English Bunt (half an outside loop) Outside Loop: A vertical circle entered from straight and erect level flight, canopy pointing out of the loop. Loop can be above or below the straight and level entry altitude, from erect or inverted attitude. (Draws extreme negative G) English bunt: Half an outside loop starting from upright, straight and erect level flight. (The pilot pushes the stick forward and draws a half circle in the sky from the top down). There's no such thing as a Power Loop either, it's called an Inside loop: Inside Loop: A vertical circle entered from straight and erect level flight. A positive pitching movement is used at all points in the loop to draw the circle, so that the aeroplane canopy is pointing inwards. Both the inside and outside loop are sometimes casually referred to as a 'loop the loop'.
You really need a camera angle of 45-60 to get the best result. Any less of an angle and you lose sight of the obstacle that you are rotating around. You end up blindly timing the exit. My best matty flips are at around 50 degrees, I can put the obstacle in the center of my view and I just keep it in the center as I just fly around it. Great Stick tutorial!
Great tutorial, as always. What FPV cam angle did you use for this, though? Rather important when you say one should start throttling up when 50% of the sky is in view. That's gonna be a different view if you're running 10° compared to 60°
Thanks for the cool videos! Could you make a video how to set up pids and rates for velocidrone? I really want to train, but the weather doesn't allow it and I can't set it up like a drone.
No problem bro. Hmm I don't own a copy of Velocidrone, but my Betaflight settings which you can input is here: ruclips.net/video/3bHjOM4WVRk/видео.html
I think this might need some more explanation, i.e. How to know the timing to apply the throttle for the catch. Too soon and you are throttling yourself into the ground, too late and well obviously you will ground tap.
Listening to the motors sound made me realize what I was doing wrong, thanks mate!
Great video man thank you!!
Now i know the Pitch should stay for a while after the blip. Thanks headmazta
Glad to be of help bro 😊
oh wow, I was doing it wrong. I pitch first then I put throttle. That's why I can't achieve it

Best Christmas present ever, thanks Headmazta :)
My pleasure bro! Another xmas gift very very soon :)
Hey headmazta, your instructional videos rock. I'm just making a start in FPV, your channel is really going to help me understand how execute a trick.
Awesome, thank you!
NICEEEE!!! Epic video my friend! You make us proud!
Thanks for the visit mate!
The best FPV flight tutorials on RUclips. You just remove the "a little bit of this and a little bit of that" effect and make it a science!
Glad you think so my bro! 💜
Top notch as usual!
Thanks as always my bro! 🙏
best tutorial ever!
I love your videos.
Another awesome trick tutorial! Time for some Liftoff practice.....😎
Love it!

yeah man, thats it !
Nice Matty flip HeadMazta
Thanks brother!
Hitting the sim, thanks!
Thank you...
Dang this is so clear what to do!!! Best totorial I've seen! Now i'm gonna have to see what others you have!
Thanks bro, please do! :)

Very, very good tutorial!!! Thank you!
Finally!
This is great timing! I've been practicing matty on sims during these downtime (weather reason) among others..
Hope this would be helpful bro!
@@headmazta It sure does! Salamat po.
Great tutorial, thanks mate!
Hell yeah!
🙏🙏🙏
Ur too cool for school.ty bro
Need to find a good spot to try this
Awesome ty
Nice
thanks bro

There is an info in description:
The camera angle for this one is just 25° (best for general flying), not a crazy 60°. Good luck!!
Awesome! Love these tips dude! Gonna learn them all thanks to you 👍🏻 keep it up!
Thanks! Will do!
Perfecto bro! Gracias
Thank you!!
Great tutorial🤘🔥🔥🔥💥 I can already do it but this video would have saved me a few broken part 🤣
Thanks bro! Well, you just flew, crashed and repeated 🤙🏽
Muy buen video
The way you explained is very clear, (still hard to reproduce though) but very clear. Can you do the same for every move ?
Just went on your channel and subscribed since you have already several moved
Yes bro thank you! Will do :)
Бро, красавчик! 👍👍👍👍

Can flying like this be done with a laggy 60fps camera like the polar starlight?
It can be done, but a micro delay or lag could make a HUGE difference..
Really? Really? You’re breaking down the Matty Flip for us?
* Best FPV training resource on this site
👏👏👏🔥🔥
Do I have it on 3D mode or just regular?
Regular :)
Maybe next time -Trippy Spin? ;)
Aww shucks. You remembered. ;)
Of course bro! :)
For a second, I thought "wow! This dude also flies mode 3!?!" 😂😂😬
🤣🤣🤣
i think every movement important to be "staked" with a momentary throttle.
What angle is best to do this at? 🔥
It's 25deg :)

What rates do you use?
Here you go :) ruclips.net/video/3bHjOM4WVRk/видео.html
@@headmazta thanks!
Thanks for this. Time for me to practice on the sim. 😅
Have fun my brother!! 😊
What are your rates
Here you go :) ruclips.net/video/3bHjOM4WVRk/видео.html
Timely....its sim time
Good luck my bro!
