Davin is probably my favourite automotive presenter on YT. He is the reason I watch Hagerty. Excellent work, looking forward to all of his future projects.
Looks good Davin, a place for everything and everything in it`s place. Love seeing the `50 Chevy running and back on the road. Love the redline rebuild series, such cool vehicles. Quite the setup, should be way more productive. Keep up the good work, wish I could work with you. This 62yr old shadetree wrencher is a bit jealous..lol, I have worked on my own junk since I was 16 on my back, no lift, just to keep it running. My daily is a `91 Silverado with 300,000 on the clock and still going. Stay safe, God Bless.
Thanks, Davin. You've found a nice balance between technical info and the sheer entertainment of watching parts go together. Hagerty has become a go-to channel and I'm looking forward to future projects.
That is some serious investment. The Hagerty crew, especially through the media folks, have really inspired and encouraged me to get more hands-on with my personal fleet, and I appreciate the continued focus on demystifying things and making maintenance and repair items more approachable. I don't have aspirations to be a real mechanic but realistically need to become more self-reliant and responsible for the vehicles under my care because some of these things are a bit of a dying art. And of course any money saved on labor is money that can be otherwise put into the vehicle(s). I'm really excited to see what you guys have in mind for the future. Sounds like a detour into the world of shiny cars may be in order. I like it all.
Thanks Chris! You've been with us almost from the start of all this car fixing stuff! How's that GTO running these days? Once we can travel again, we'll have to make plans for a Dallas-area Barn Find Hunter trip and try and meet up for dinner! Maybe bring Davin along to find us another project!
@@Hagerty GTO is running GREAT. If Tom wanted to leave the Woody and have something to bomb around with, I'm sure we could make arrangements. Big shout out to the entire crew.

Fantastic new shop, a huge space! I completed installing the wood on my 57 Chevy truck today. Two man job with the back off the truck. All wood was cut and routed by us, burnt to look old and even the steel strips repaired to retain originality. I'm very pleased with the result and thanks to Davin has given me huge confidence In tackling my running restoration.
i am so happy for you. when you can walk to more than one project when waiting for parts or just have to get away from it, you will get more quality work done. having area to do different parts of rebuild is a dream come true. thanks for showing your new empire.
Hi Davin, Congrats! I always look forward to your (and Hagerty) videos. If you want to go into the shop details any deeper then you could explain electricity service, shop lights, the floor drain, compressed air (oiler, drier, tank size, rotary or piston, compressor location and sound deadening ( I bet you don't want the compressor kicking in in the middle of a shoot) & operating psi). I saw what looked like new air fittings on the wall. Can't wait to see the parts cleaner! Again Congrats!
So happy for you guys. Your content is always top notch. You channel is blowing up. I hope this means more content quicker in the future. I always get excited seeing you guys have a new video out.
Davin, that's a coupe modified. My father an uncle drove those years ago. They drove them with small blocks, big blocks, flatheads and even straight sixes. I look forward to watching that project come to to life. Good luck with the new shop!
Nothing better than a bigger Garage. I can't speak for anyone else but I like that Tom finds them and you work them. Tom needs to help every so often. I know Tom lives down here where I am at but making a trip to T/C( I was born in Traverse City) every so often would be cool to see.
Nice, more room more projects. As you stated more room to be better organized, makes a lot of sense to me. Can't wait to see that modified rebuilt, those were the stock cars I grew up with in Upstate New York. I remember the episode of the "Barn Find Hunter" when he showed this stock car.
Happy Birthday America ! I live in Las Vegas and I Visited ATOMIC MOTORS. They had a Open House this past weekend. It is a restoration shop from old to new. They already got all the departments together and going. The owners name is Billy. Davin,I enjoy you guys and all Hagerty's Y/T. Good job !
Fantastic! This will only improve an already amazing series. On another note. Has anyone noticed how much Davin loves the word “relative”? That is relative to his position with Hagerty and speaking at the camera of course.
A nice new and bigger shop! Sweet!! I really enjoy your videos and watching all of these projects come back to life. You guys do some incredible work! Can't wait to see some more!
TOTALLY AWESOME VIDEO AWESOME SHOP!!! LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING MORE OF IT IN UP COMING VIDEO'S. THE CLEAN ROOM, ENGINE PARTS ARE KEPT, AT THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR MITE PUT RUBBER TRIM , OR DOOR SWEEP ON THEM. IT'S JUST A IDEA KEEPING MORE DUST OUT OF THE ROOM.
Well, that is really cool. I'll bet there are going to be some great videos coming out of those little editor cells. Stop! Don't drive that Model A. If it isn't dripping the crankcase is probably empty. Thanks for the update.
Love the channel and I hope this new facility adds to the quality of the stuff you guys turn out. Working in television I would have loved to have seen some of he edit facility. Perhaps one day!

Congrats on the new shop! The layout looks great and much easier to float from one project to another. I’m sure it will keep things exciting. Can you please consider changing the rims on the truck? They hurt my eyes and take away from all the amazing work you did on it. Keep up the great work!
Nice garage and i think its set up is great and the stalls seem to be just fine the way you set it up mind you its not all done yet so it may look alot better in time so will wait and see how it looks in time when its all said and done it should look great and lots more room as well good luck.... thanks for the tour.

Hopefully they have a common break room with coffee, tea for the Brits that visit, cold water and Gatorade for those REALLY hot days in the shop, and even a microwave for those days that you brought something tasty for lunch from home. And I’m also dark green with envy because they have lifts (that would be a ramp for you British viewers) and I have to deal with ramps and jacks.
@@digitalrailroader Totally agree. I took ramps and a pit for granted when I had access to them, but drive up ramps, trolley jacks, and axle stands just aren't the same.
