This came in the right time! You described me to a tee!! Thank you so much for that. My biggest fear is fainting (never did lol) and dizziness from anxiety makes me think imma pass out immediately! God bless you sis ❤

The dizzy / faint feeling is honestly reallyyyyyy hard! Indifference in your response is key (not easy but necessary). God bless you!!! 💗

So happy that I found you! I’ve lived with anxiety for 30 years off and on. Worked my way out of it multiple times over my life. Lived the last 18 years with an alcoholic husband who fell to his death 6 months ago. In the last month the old anxiety and dizziness has set in again and I’ve actually been alone in my house for a week. So exhausted and dizzy and can’t even get to the shower. After reading your guide book, I’m taking that shower today and leaving my house! My daughter is coming home for Thanksgiving and I’ve got to get it together before she gets here and it scares her to see me like this. Such a hard place to be in right now! 😢

OMG holding by the hand is what I need. I'm feeling so burnt out and exhausted with this battle.

Thank you for this video!!I'm dealing with this as well. I have been using your guide so I have noticed it's not always happening, I have also been trying to take my time instead of the normal hurrying up and getting out!

You can! Whether it’s out loud or in your head, the most important thing is running through the stages and not letting the anxiety spiral
