I think the bizzarre animal is a chubby kookaburra, at least that’s what my mind is telling me 😂 but do we ever listen to everything my mind says… no we don’t!! That artwork you found is everything!!

Those "cherub" prints are known as "Cupid Awake." There's another set with the eyes closed known as "Cupid Asleep." Those are my favorite prints of all time. So precious!❤❤
I have one of the little boxes with hinges. I was told that it is hand made out of camel bone. The clasp on the front of mine has two animals on it. At first I thought it was turtle shell.

The two images became extremely popular at the beginning of the twentieth century through their reproduction and arrival in "half of America's homes." I laughed when you were saying that Roger is sly. My husband is 6’5 and 280lb. I’m always calling him STEALTHY. We’ve been married 24 years and not a week has passed that he hasn’t made me jump out of my skin. I’ll be on the other end of the house doing something and turn around and he’s right there😲 aaah!! He will come home and I don’t hear him come in. I walk into living room and he’s just sitting there 😲aaah!!! I have dropped and broken more things than I can count over the years. 😂🤣 I can hear my 5’2 100 lb daughter walk thru the house but my “mountain of a man” husband moves like he has a stealth mode 😂🤣

Would you do an instructional video of measuring clothes properly . You’ve been successful at selling clothing . So I’d rather learn from you than some random article I find on the internet 😊. Thank you for your consideration , as I know you’re a busy lady . Between the thrift stores , estate and garage sales and flea markets you have , so many great things to resell . Some areas are not as bountiful . That gorgeous cobalt crystal compote you sold , it’s often referred to as “ cut to clear”.
You could go to Karen’s EBay store, look at clothes and see how she measures. Look at each end and the angle of the tape measure. Jot down some notes to refer back to. I doubt she has the time to create a video that most likely will not be of interest to many people. Also, you could do a RUclips search on how to measure clothing for resale. Good luck.

The thing about tariffs is that manufacturers were coming back to our shores from China. Black and Decker (they manufacture a lot of yard tools like string trimmers, etc.) Or as Trump says, Chy-na! But that fell through in 2020.

Jesus wouldn't be flying a Trump flag. How does that vendor know that. I find that very offensive. He should not be saying things he knows nothing about! Please dont misunderstand me. Im not judging you. Please dont block me, but why do people assume what Jesus might be doing? I understand freedom of speech... so I'm expressing my freedom of speech. Hugs ❤
@artistgrly aren't you also doing the same thing by assuming the vendor doesn't know what Jesus would do? T certainly doesn't match what I was always taught about Jesus. If you raised children in the Christian church you are probably familiar with the little bracelets given to children with WWJD, what would Jesus do. That has been a great way to help them figure out if a choice was a good one. I still say it to those who support T. There's nothing there that speaks to a good decision. His blind followers are not using their own critical thinking skills.

I've watched Karen's videos for years. I've never seen her express her political beliefs. All that happened today was that she moved signs out of the way so she could film.
That's ridiculous! She is making a video about purchasing items for resale. The signage was a choice of the vendor. Adulting is evidently difficult for you.

The vendor who put those signs up has made a choice to combine reselling with political activism. When you do that, you are bound to trigger one half of your potential buyers. No matter your political persuasion, that is not good business. If you are in business to make money, your objective is to sell to everyone who comes your way. If you want to cheer on your candidate, shouldn’t you just put a sign in your front yard and leave it behind when you open up shop? I would say the same to McDonalds or Nike.
Roger’s quiet humility and politeness works in his reselling favor.

My mom used to have a mink hat like that, and a coat to match. It gets cold up here in Canada. The hat looks in great shape.
