- A video of our 1 night stay at The Hand at Llanarmon, Ceiriog Valley, Llangollen.
Set in the beautiful Welsh countryside, with stunning walks in the Berwyns you definitely feel like you are away from it all.
We stayed on a bed and breakfast rate and we ate dinner in the bar on an evening. We paid normal B/B rate.
Boo was £10 for the night.

I do like a roll top bath (and home made shortbread), Does look a nice out of the way place. Dietary considerations can be a concern at some places but becoming less so. While working I was often taking groups to hotels all over and was often surprised at the lack of basic knowledge sometimes in bigger hotels not just the small family concerns. Beautiful area here to explore. Best wishes once more from Nottingham.

It was a great hotel in a very quiet and picturesque place. The homemade shortbread was delicious and because Morgs is coeliac I had it all 🙈
It was such a shame at dinner that the staff member was not really sure about the gluten free options (we had informed the hotel when we booked ) The food Morgs had he said was delicious and the staff at breakfast were very helpful and knew what he could and couldn't have.
We would definitely stay again.

Great review. I agree that with the old buildings you need to be prepared with extra sockets. We often take double plugs. 👍

Think we will always take a double plug or extension lead now, luckily most of our things had lots of charge still in them.

It was a great place to stay. Most if the guests didn't have a dog, they only have so many dog friendly rooms. We'd definitely recommended it 😊

Hi guys great review even if Boo didn’t have much to say about it 😂 looks a lovely area too! Shame the first waitress wasn’t gluten free savvy! We always take an extension cable with 5/6 sockets even abroad we have so much technology needs charging plus doing this abroad also means you only need one European adaptor! Have a fabulous weekend 👍❤️
