    Whew! Nice, indeed! 🔥❤
    I normally have full body strength class on Mondays but my instructor took a much deserved break today (Labor Day holiday here in the U.S. 🇺🇸), so I decided to do this conditioning class! Happy I could make time for it!
    My strength classes are normally 45-50 minutes, and although this class was shorter, it packed a heck of a punch into 27 minutes. 🔥.

    I already do strength training three days a week consistently with a great instructor, so I’m definitely sticking with her for strength.
    However, this looks great! I added it to one of my workout playlists, I may do it on one of my cardio days. Extra strength is always good.
    Will you be posting a kickboxing class today or tomorrow? I usually do your kickboxing class for cardio on Tuesdays. Look forward to it. 🤎

      we were on a production break last week, Some of the team members were travelling.
      We will be back for next week.
      Try repeating one of the past episodes
