How do I know the organic ones? I tried cutting cost by going to the local markets

Most times it says organic although local farmers mostly practice with less chemicals than big corporations. I generally avoid the dirty dozen as these foods are heavily sprayed and have been shown to have a large pesticide residue after harvest

Where can I get flaxseed,chia seeds,hemp seeds and sea moss from?

I use flaxseed from a company called flaxfarm. I don’t use chia or sea moss. You can get some online or from your local health food shop
