Hey! 👋 Your RUclips channel is awesome, but I noticed the engagement could be higher. I specialize in RUclips SEO and can provide a free audit to improve your results. Interested in hearing more?
What temperature and for how long?
Ii think i should try this ,cause tbe baobab powder i buy from eastleigh has grit or is it sand , or should i strain it like 5 times
Can I feed my 1 yearvold this potatoe powder
Great video and product!!! Thanks for sharing
You’re genuinely lovely! Love hearing you talk!🎉
Aww thank you so much
I don't like tea. But I can probably add it in my scrambled eggs along with my other things like my green powder or my Mushroom powder. And I also think I can add it to my stews that I make and other things.
Thanks for the video. Could you please share a link to get the Buchymix in the UK
Hi I don’t work for them. I’m sure you can search them online
Can it be use for swallow
I’m sure you can
Sorry but Palm oil is not healthy for you. High in saturated fats and increase LDL cholecterol leading to heart disease. Palm oil is the sillent killer
You need to do better research
Thank you for such a detailed review. I think the mechanical smell might be because the Buchy juicer is working for the very first time. Did you get the same experience on subsequent use?
I don’t own the juicer so I have not used it after the review
Good idea just heard of it
Thanks so very much mam. This video is very aidable. I wish to ask if i can this to bake biscuit?
My pleasure yes you can definitely make snacks with it.
Thanks for sharing, this is really useful. You are the best.
My pleasure sis thank you so much for watching ❤️🫶
I think there is still hope. How deep did you dig in the land? I just grew in a huge deep container and mine were right at the bottom approx 12 inches down. Question: What is the sweetest variety you've grown? I bought the Asian purple ones and after the curing process, they still weren't that sweet.
Definitely they don’t do well in this weather
Amazing, but I have trick for you. You can just cut a circle at the top of the pomegranate, make some quick incision along the lines of the pomegranate and smack it 3-4 times and you get all the seeds out in one go. I'm here for the juice tutorial and I like your approach to juicing it.
wow wow wow you looked exhausted- this is the normal nursing in the UK right now some thing needs to change
Seriously nurses need to speak up so we don’t put our PIN numbers and the life’s of patients at risk
@ the problem is those who speak up tend to find themselves out of a job. My advice to you is create solid boundaries between you and (work), I always advise new nursing and midwifery students who have completed the training to work part time rather than full time. That means if your hospital does long days instead of doing four long days or three long days, you cut it by one long day and then only ever do it as Bank when you feel you need the extra money because it’s not worth your health and your life to work yourself into the ground. And they will whack you into the ground. But if they know you have to have at least one day off every week, in addition to the other days off you would have, it means you’re never inundated by having too many shifts all in a row, and when you need to you know you have a day off which will help you to have that extra rest day that you need in order to retain the love of what you do. The sadness of it is those in management are the ones making decisions of how people on the ground floor should work and yet they don’t have to do the same hours. I think if everyone agreed to down tools for overtime, then the truth of the lack of staff will be well Shown and maybe people will be paid more as a result, but the problem is no one is willing to work together. six months of no one doing any extra shifts to cover the shortages and the picture would become clear Countrywide. It would have to be a country wide agreement for everyone to do just that. We came in to the caring profession to care for those who need it but in coming to do this job we did not say we would sacrifice ourselves to the point of death and illness, just to provide care for others. That is the boundary. I have set within my working life and it works. I work the hours I am contracted to work any hour over that time i write an email to my manager and I demand time back or payment for those hours. But then I have been working in the NHS for nearly 30 years and I’ve seen how it can destroy peoples lives.
i’m subscribing for the allotment video 🙌🏾
Aww thank you
What in the name of all that is holy is going on here?
Hi Meka, thankyou for this video. Since i discovered your channel, I have binged on it, and subscribed. You are enthusiastic in what you grow and also what you make after growing. Ill try this garlic honey concoction. Many thanks
Aww thank you so much I appreciate ❤️
When do you plant your ginger and turmeric, please
Whats your little flat glass thing? 🤔 I really need something like that to keep all the plant matter under the liquid! Nice video 👌🏻👍🏻💖
It’s called a fermentation weight. Thank you for watching ❤️
Hi whats the name of the variety of potatoe
0:20 and 4:52 have the information you are looking for.
Wow, just discovered you and just subscribed ❤
Aw thank you so much ☺️
Thank you for the advice about staking brassicas, that’s a job for me this weekend as none of mine are staked.
My pleasure the all the best in staking your brassica’s the weather looks good
Sending lots of love and hugs from a fellow nurse. Nursing shifts on the wards are brutal, long hours flat out without breaks, very difficult when you want to deliver excellent care but feel like you’re facing the impossible. I hope future shifts are kinder to you. Your packed lunches look lovely!
Thank you so much 🫶

It’s okay nice try. We have to experiment or we will never know what we can grow 😊. I had already decided I was going to do the same when I saw your title video 😅 I love these potatoes and unfortunately they cost a fortune at my local grocer. ❤
Yes we can only try.

Do you have Ewedu seedlings for me to buy from you please ? L 50 from me. I became a new subscriber earlier today, from a posted video on Testimony African food shop WhatsApp page. Thanks.
Wow thank you so much welcome. I don’t even know the African food shop store can you please share the link
@@mekashealingjourney l don't know how to share link from WhatsApp to YT, unless you instruct me now. Thanks
While your rambling about health , your helping to kill the British wealth , support our local farmers and producers and stop the investment into imported food and goods
Take your rambling and negative energy elsewhere your behaviour would not be tolerated here @icloud-c1x
Where in the UK do dates and avocado's mangoes pomegranates ect grow? I'm just curious. She isn't responsible for killing the " British" food industry. Look to the government for that. You seem upset about something entirely different.
First two seconds the camera made me so dizzy 🥴
Sorry
You talk too much get to pint
That seemed to be a very rough transition back to work, especially in nursing after so many years away. I hope that you were able to find your peace after that shift and not all shifts go so poorly. I found your channel earlier this year around the time of your hysterectomy, which coincidentally was just a few weeks before I had my own hysterectomy. For me the transition from regular work schedule to full time self-care during recovery was rough, but I found the transition back to working life even harder to handle mentally. I am not a nurse and I can only imagine how returning to such a high pressure environment is mentally and physically exhausting. The meal prep is such a good idea, I applaud you for staying so healthy! I hope you are ok after that shift, thanks for sharing and the biggest of hugs!
Hi @amelias3098 thank you so much for the kind words. I am settling into the routine taking it one day at a time. Mentally is the most challenging part but we are getting there. I hope you’ve fully recovered from your hysterectomy surgery? I don’t even remember I had it done but for the scar. Although I’ve noticed weight loss is not as fast as it used to be.
@@mekashealingjourney I am fully recovered, thank you for asking! Weight loss has slowed a lot since the surgery. But one day at a time making healthy choices and it balances out the scale a bit. Cheers to you!
Sister, it's great that you were able to return to work after being away for five years. It's unfortunate that you had to work under those conditions. Not only does it sound unsafe it definitely does not sound Ieg@l. Hopefullly, things will get better. Blessings🙏
Thank you so much. The conditions are currently dire. Documenting the pressures of your shift and job counts 🙏🏿
Sending you hugs ❤
Thank you sis. 🙏🏿
Was this open surgery? How big was the scar? I am facing that next week
I shared everything in the video all the best next week. ❤️🩹
Wow well done
Thank you for this method to see. Do yo know to clean this small holes?
stumbled into this video, and what is interesting is that I have exactly a video I compared both blenders in my channel, and both blenders are good. thanks for sharing
Hi Your content is great, but it seems like your videos aren’t getting the views they deserve. SEO is likely the issue-things like tags and descriptions might not be optimized. I’m happy to provide you with a free SEO audit of your channel. Interested?
Can I leave out the honey? Thank you for this awesome recipe 🙏🏽
Yes absolutely you can sub some aloe Vera gel.
