Usually I have to get all trophy etc, however, I play on the ps4 and your idea is genius. Only thing I'd want to do (and I've not looked into it) would be if I could turn off cheats after I establish what I'm looking for. Great content...you got another subscriber!
Anothe one, the campus map roslyn peninsula, buy all the land pass the river excluding the island, you will have a big space to modify it, just be careful with the near border parts, it’s really good
Help!!! I don’t understand how to make the map playable! I’ve completed my map and all the requirements are checked off but I don’t understand how to actually make the map available to play on!
0:45 I tried doing this with a map of Staten Island on ps4 a few weeks ago. The topography seemed to line up well when i put it all down but the roads did not and I realized 3x3 tiles was too small of a scale for Staten Island. So then i was planning to do it on my xbox one s using the same map (the archipelago) but with all 25 tiles. The default highway roads lined up better with the actual roads of SI but my only problem was that the ship paths were in the way of where i was going to put land. I hope sometime in the future with cities skylines remastered they add an update where you can move ship paths that come with the map when you turn cheats on
I know this video came out ages ago but I’m new to the game. Is there anyway to change the base theme of your game to something else like changing the European theme to temperate and stuff
No not on console there is the European and Eastern theme, but for something such as a temperate or tropical climate you’d have to just use different trees and building style. Like I did in my current Tropicana series.
so i just got his game and started a new map, but i cannot buy any more tiles. says 1 owned 0 available... even tho i have money infinite etc... do i need to do something else??
well, someone on reddit pointed out to me you have all options unlocked when you start to 'make it your own' and hence, all achievements you had unlocked not just money and soil. SUPER misleading bro.
You need to have fresh water outlets from the natural disasters DLC, you can bring water using a canal, or even an eco friendly clean water sewage system from the Green Cities DLC.

I have tried that, but once cheats are on it turns achievements off and you can’t reverse that. I’ll check it out again but thank you for subscribing!
You cant turn them off after creation because you use some cheats

You’ve probably figured it out by now but click new game, new map, and go all the way to the end of the maps and your created maps are there
