@@rajnipankhania6932 True! Most of her preperations are so on to the point. She knows her game well; recipies that are simple, less time consuming and more on the nutrition laden part with servings easily spread out for a family.
as soon as I finished watching this episode I bought the ingredients online. Made these pretzels today, what a joy it is to make them and eat them. delicious, fun to make with the family and quick rising time. Thank you for this amazing recipe and I LOVE your show!
Those crispy onions are an iranian tradition and they're used as a sort of seasoning for a handful of main coarse traditional recipes, like "aashe reshteh" or "halim bademjoon"
In the US, they are a part of our creamy Greenbean Casserole, made with cream of mushroom soup, some form of milk, salt and pepper. This is a staple dish for Thanksgiving and Yule dinners.
Your shows always make me salivate! Your food looks sooo yummy and I have done the brownie recipe and ppl were bowled over to say it mildly. Thank you for always making great shows
got mine in the oven right now, the teaspoon of salt at the end only covered 4 of mine! in the end i used around 3 and a half teaspoons of salt to cover them all update!! they’re done now and oh my gosh they’re sooo good!! i HIGHLY recommend making these!! i didn’t have the onion granules but the crispy fried onions are enough to make them delicious! however, they took 22 minutes at 180degrees rather than 12
I just made these. The second rise of 15mins was much too long and they got very pillowy. When giving them the quick bicarb bath, they sort of deflated. The result was a vague bun shape, rather than holding the pretzel knot shape. Still tasty although definitely needs some salt in the base ingredients, not just as a topping. To be honest, the onion flakes and onion powder amounts could also be doubled.
I've not seen your work until today, but really, what a way to start! First brownies with the best reason for making & eating them, and now onion pretzels. Is your specialty guilty pleasures made better? This could be lethal - but so much fun!
this was a really nice video. i watched at 0.75x speed which is rare for me, cuz usually i have to speed up videos to make them tolerable. but this was good.
I wonder if dehydrated onion flakes could work in your recipee.....but man it looks great. Never tried pretzels like you those you make but as i said, must be really good. Can i go over to your place and have some....pretty please???💕💕💕💕
I couldn't find onion granules so I used onion flakes. I crushed them a bit, if you have a food processor you can easily turn them into a powder. It works great!
Great , just missed some salt . When I don’t have the time I just skip the knotting and boiling in soda part and just do regular buns, just bake a bit longer
they look good, Nadiya must still be in the GBBO mode with Paul H looking overher shoulder...I really don't think a few grams makes a difference as is undercooked, also my oven doesn't bake evenly anyway so...want totry these, but not bothered about the weight ;-) But well done Nadiya
Hey You Reading This. Yes you. Stop hating your body, your face, your personality, your quirks. Love them. Without those things you wouldn’t be you, and why would you want to be anyone else? Love your characters, they make you and YOU are pretty amazing.(By the way am also a small RUclipsr looking for your support). Just wanna spread Love & positivity ❤️❤️
That doesn’t look like 300 ml of water... I made these today and it felt like there was not enough water added more still came out with a bitter taste.
Her show on Netflix is the best thing happened! ✨
The only thing that sucks is that there aren’t more episodes. 😭😭😭😭. Such an amazing show because Nadiya is phenomenal!

Impossible, you actually made something from a cooking video, rather than just watch it! 😯

How much staple did u added?

In Pakistan, they are decorated upon Halim,,Nihari,Biryani and on so many other dishes.Fried onions are an essential ingredient in our cooking also:)
They’re used on top of rice dishes in Bengali cuisine
This makes me sing

Me: wants to buy these pretzels
Lockdown: mind if i come in
OMG! I made these pretzel today and they were so yummy:D Thank you Nadiya...from California :D
I usually boil them in water + honey. And between 1 to 2 minutes depending on how big they are. They get really chewy and a pleasure to eat them.

These pretzels are making me thirsty
I love you Nadiya
Loved it
Love her!
These look amazing. Any ideas on what one might sub for the egg wash? Perhaps a veg milk?
Actual dairy/cow's milk is also used as a glaze, but idk if non-dairy milks will do the same
Hello. My vegan friend at uni used to use a little melted coconut oil as an eggwash sub :)
they're so perfect they look like cartoon bread
Thank You 🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽💫✨⭐️🍀
Will definitely give a try
Omg, you Rock
I have pretzel dough going right now!
I MUST make this sweater! Please tell me where it came from. Does anyone know of a pattern?

What are the ingredients of your cuteness and sweetness 💕
Unless I missed it she didn't say how hot the oven should be set at.... any help from those that made them

Omg just found the Netflix series
Is strong bread flour essential?
Highly recommended, but you can use plain flour if that's what you have at home
Can they be used instead of a burger bun?

Thank you so much for the fake kindness and I subbed to you... earlier on 🙂
Don’t be tempted to add garlic powder or garlic to the dough because it will kill your yeast
Cool
These comments are SO weird 😂😂

Onion NO‼‼
Bat Kakiage Of Onions Very Nice。
I'm soon turning to an addict
Granulated onion is different than onion salt, right?
yeah, she means onion powder
You need some German mustard!
I love Nadiya! But I am puzzled by the "guilty treat" header. No reason to feel guilt for this.
Who is Tony Bobulinski, BBC?
That doesn’t look like 300 ml of water... I made these today and it felt like there was not enough water added more still came out with a bitter taste.
That is so much more than 2tsp of chives 🙈 They look great though!
she uses heaped teaspoons and tablespoons :)
speed
What speed pretzels ??? 😂😂😂
Can I ask you a question
Why you changed your scarf style?
No you can't. Goodbye :)
How can she looks skinny with all those carbs and Butter!
I made them and boiled them in 600ml. water with 3 tbs. baking soda. But they tasted like baking soda, didn't like the flavor.
Framing these as guilty promotes eating and food disorders
In what world is that a pretzel? Nearly as bad as the fried rice they did on the show.
Blah blah blah blah
Saturday Saturday jaldi aaja re... 😌
That are no bretzels. Thats a bun."Brezeln " looking different.
Looks disgusting. The food is bad too!
Wdym
It looks delicious
It doesn’t though? It objectively looks like good food.
Looks delicious!!
They may not have the typical pretzel shape but they look fine to me. Just a type of bread
