As its name indicates, adjustment layers are layers that allow us to adjust different properties of an image or a photograph, which we intend to process.
Adjustment layers offer us three main advantages, the first is non-destructive editing, the second is selective editing, and the third advantage is the ability to apply adjustments to multiple images.
The panel that we are seeing is the settings panel, and each of these buttons is an adjustment option, which will modify a photograph,
Now we are going to recognize the name of each of these options, from the settings panel.
So we find in this first button, it is the brightness and contrast adjustment layer, the next one is the levels, we continue with curves, exposure and intensity.
In the next row we find a very important adjustment layer, very useful, which is hue and saturation, followed by color balance, black and white, photo filter, channel mixer, color query, invert, posterize, threshold, selective correction, and at the end we have the gradient map.

Hola, la capa se te crea automáticamente cuando eliges lo opción de color uniforme.
