The high Court needs overhauled
No. You need to come to grips that you don't get to change the rules because you don't like the outcome.
@kingultramaga5182 you are proof that you can't fix stupid..
@@Mari-oe6te Again. You don't get to change the rules because you don't like the outcome. You probably support packing the court also.
@@kingultramaga5182 humans like you are why our country is in trouble , the court is bias and it's own guidelines say they cant be bias
To say the least!
Probably not they are very corrupt

It is Acceptable To Have A Spouse Of A Supreme Court Justice Actively Involved In Preventing A Peaceful Transfer Of Power AND ANOTHER Who WAIVES The FLAG Of INSURRECTIONIST (AND Freely Admits To Having The View Of "US Against Them"?)

How many more millions will Thomas accept before he decides to "self-police"?
TERM LIMITS for the SC plus a strict code of ethics and RULES that MUST be adhered. Anyone caught doing anything that they aren't supposed to be doing....IMMEDIATELY impeached and thrown off!!
Thomas and Alito both need to go.
Why?
I trust SCOTUS more than ever.
Rulings over the past few years:
EPA, ATF, and all Executive agencies prevented from making laws.
Rights protected in the Bill of Rights restored.
Racism / quotas ruled unconstitutional.
The Executive Order for tax payers to pay for student loans, despite no law in place to do so, ruled unconstitutional
Not going to happen.
@@Michael_A_MNdon’t get too sure of that 😂😊
@@catherinebaskettastrology3627 Take your meds.
Trust in the Supreme Court can only be restored if the principle of Check and Balances actually goes through a check of weeding out corrupt justices. Right now that is not happening.
You wimped out in your reporting of the supreme court. As the saying says if one side says it's raining and the other side says it is not, you look out the window and report if it is raining.
Deplorable. 🙄
Is this Hillary Clinton?
Only people who do not like our Constitution would pose this question. None of you complained about RBG being blatantly political. No one complained when Sotomayor said sometimes justice can’t be blind and must look at skin color. Etc.
I have the same opinion of the court as I do of Trump: the beginning of the end for the United States.
"the person i don't like might get elected, so therefore it's the end" lol
Yes. Get rid of the 3 frauds as well as Thomas and if their replacements start making the correct decisions, then we can trust them. "I've had crunch wraps more supreme than this court."
They are making correct decisions. You just don't like them.
Lol, the justices don't give a ratzass about what us commoners want or think.
So why isnt anything being done to infact clean up the corruption within the court....i wish i had the means to leave the country, i absolutely would.
An Inspector General for the Supreme Court is the solution.
No
Trust? Not this court!!
$20,000 in the 1960s bought you a home in the rich side of town. My parents paid $12,000 3/1.5 in a middle class neighborhood, my aunt bought a 3/1.5 home in the wealthy neighborhood for $15,000, for $20,000 she could have gotten the nicest home and completely furnished it.
Clearing the swamp sounds good, but the swamp is too deep.

We should remember that the Supreme Court has made many strange and clearly wrong decisions in its history. The Court decided that black people were not fully people, that it was okay to have "separate but equal" facilities that bolstered and expanded Jim Crow laws... There have been several times in the Court's history when ideology and religious mythology usurped individual rights and freedoms because some grand dad on the Court decided that their view of Biblical ideals was more important than the rights of people.
I DON’T TRUST THE SUPREME COURT
IF THEY GET TRUMP IMMUNITY
I WILL NO LONGER FORGIVE THEM EVER AGAIN
Amen.
They've already given him a massive delay. I think that's what he was really after. They were happy to expedite rulings when trump was asking.
Trust requires respect and with all the liars and cheats sitting on the Court, I, for one, cannot find even a smidge of trust in the majority seated there.
Get rid of Thomas, Alito and trumps three Christian nationalists off the court. Start again.
Yes, and I'm sure that the half the country that doesn't share your poltics will just roll over and accept that without any future political consequences.
You’re right of course, but dream on.

Not with this current roster which is totally partisan.
after the reverse of the abortion issue I don't believe in the supreme Court
The Supreme Court made the right decision in that case. There was nothing in the constitution guaranteeing abortion so the Court did the only reasonable thing and left it up to the states to decide. The people of the individual states voting for how their state should be ran is as pro democracy as it gets. Don't you like democracy?

SCOTUS must be held to the standard set by voters.

Wonderful
Not this current court. Never.
SCOTUS is not above the law but since there is no accountability they act like spoiled children.
The constitution is supposed to neutralize the different ideologies of the different political view points. It has to be true to the constitution and not favor one party over another. If anyone thinks the court should be more liberal or more conservative then you don’t understand the purpose of the Supreme Court.
This current SCOUTS Six, don't know the purpose of their duties, just four do.
Nop they are clowns
I’m all in favor of term limits for Supreme Court justices. I found it ridiculous that they have lifetime appointments and have practically unlimited power thus being super legislators.
if four of them resigns
Haven’t watched the video but in a word NO! Not with these corrupt bipartisan hacks on it.
If an MD accepted a gift and did not disclose it, there is Hell to pay. Every time they accept a speaking engagement or submit an article to a journal, they are asked if they have any relationship with any medical or pharmaceutical company. If they fail to disclose, not only do they face real consequences, they also face significant repercussions from their professional peers. But judges, of all people, are free to do this!!!!!! How can anyone have faith in the court?
Not until the conservatives retire or pass.

My faith in the US court system dissolved during the whole Bush V. Gore fiasco. Not because of the end result. But because EVERY SINGLE COURT up the chain went with their POLITICAL beliefs, NOT seriously following the law.
And it's more and more obvious over time how VERY political the courts are, DESPITE the whole POINT that they are NOT supposed to be about politics, but about the law, including precedent.
I was proud to be an American and proud of the US until about 1990, but things have just steadily declined over the ensuing decades, re the behavior, and often criminality, of the US government (of which the courts are a part) system.
It SHOULD be beyond approach -- it's more like a growing crime wave, re the trend.
