VIDEO DESCRIPTION:
Amanda and Owen live their best bus life in a skoolie named Indigo! This DIY build is beautifully laid out with a spacious living room holding a couch that has storage and pulls out into a guest bed. The kitchen is highly organized with compartmentalized drawers, a large fridge, and a structured pantry area. They left several of the original windows maximizing natural light and incredible views. Their bathroom has a 36x36" shower pan and an RV flushing toilet. Owen and Amanda, with their pup, travel full time and love the adventure on the road!

It so liveable somehow your interior remind me lil bit of muji hotel tidy clean and georgeous. anyway for your upper closet rather than put it in bowl shape thing maybe it will more efficient if you fold like marie kondo method, even if your cloths cant standstill u can use bookstopper

What a gorgeous bus! We've been living bus life for 2 years and I love. We still have a lot to do until it's completely done, but I absolutely love our bus. We made a last minute to live in a bus too. We talked about and a week later we bought a bus! If you ever plan on upgrading your eletricl system and add more batteries I suggest looking at Big Battery. They sell 170 Ah for 995. They're a lot cheaper than battle born and they work great. They have a 10 year warranty too. Enjoy bus life and be safe out there.

I have to say this is my favorite schoolie build out. I love the lavender color of the bus. It is a very functional build and well thought out. It has such a lovely energy about it. Brava!
Love the bus and your zero-waste philosophy, and I'm impressed you've been able to live this way while keeping everything clean and organized (especially with a dog!). Usually the zero waste lifestyle means mismatched jars and patched-together furnishings, but your stuff is really well thought-out and looks lovely 🤩

Amanda says she's organized and she definitely is! There's a place for everything and everything is in its place, neat and tidy. The lush plants give the interiors the perfect finishing touch.

I absolutely love everything about your House-bus. However, I strongly recommend you all put a deadbolt lock on that front door. If someone breaks one of the glass panes, their in! Please consider making that change. Happy travels, happy life to you both.

This is the best build that I've seen so far (and I've seen A LOT!) The organization of the storage is amazing-so well done. Great kitchen. The best part, for me, was the bathroom. A real toilet! Those compost, sawdust buckets or number one only (who only goes number one?!) toilets are nauseating!

What a beautiful home on wheels. I can definitely relate to investing in a solid more expensive bus, rather than a buying a bus with many more miles to the engine and possibly a frame and body with rust issues. Like you said, why invest in a beautiful interior decor if the bus can’t drive without engine problems down the road. I was actually surprised I hear that you gone with a black tank and not composting toilet. You always hear about the issues of having to empty black tanks and how disgusting it may be, and you never hear about the problems with empty the composting toilet on SoMe. I like you would definitely also prefer the black tank toilet or cassette toilet maybe rather than a composting toilet

Love the whole vibe you did with decorating and the clean look…I like all the storage area and how you kept the windows too…Great space and I could see myself living in the bus…When I was young we use to go to Cumberland lake (camp,boat and fish) every weekend in the summers and we had an old school bus for our camper and there were cots for the sleeping area for 6,cooking area, table…those are some of my best and earliest memories of my childhood!! Wonderful video! I thoroughly enjoyed it. So glad you touched on the black water versus composting issue. We lived in a a 5th wheel RV for a year which was a little bit bigger than the bus so of course, it came with a black water tank which my husband emptied every week. He never had a problem. There are bio degradable chemicals you add to cut down any odors and by loading it onto a small ‘dolly’ he was able to wheel it away to the septic tank. I wish you both all the very best, 👏🥰👏
