You should really consider making dlc style content with this model, there are so many opportunities to add more things to the diorama both big and small and I'd love to see you continue working on it! Mostly the lack of sand around sandman stands out but think of all the little details you could add the the scaffolding to give it more life! Regardless, truly an incredible build, congrats!
3:23 You got that right😂 Decals are the way to go imo but since you're going for something LEGO would do, stickers would be more LEGO-accurate. This turned out amazing btw!

Where is the statue of Liberty's shield from the scene that this set is supposed to portray? I know that the official set's don't incorporate that but I feel like it's a serious portion of the scene

If you like the Minifigure look for the Statue of Liberty, why do you go for a realistic look with the minifigures?
Regarding the stickers and colour matching, tbh it might actually be your fault, and I don't mean for that to be insulting, but like I'm a graphic designer who works quite a bit in illustrator and with different printing companies quite a bit. You always need to make sure you have a matching colour profile, ICC-profile and that the colours in your project is set for CMYK instead of RGB. Most printing places have a standard they use and even if a colour in two different places have the same hexcode, they can still look vastly different because of all the reasons above.
