Ok Lisnek, you are a lawyer. What crime was Trump convicted on in ANY of the 34 counts? We will see if they stand on appeal. The other conviction where they accused Trump of overvalueing his properties was false. The banks send their own people to determine how much a property is worth and what they are willing to loan. The banks said he repaid the loans on time and not one payment was late. These were deals that were already completed. This case made businesses shy away from New York because there was no crime. Both prosecutors Bragg and James, CAMPAIGNED on getting Trump. Both judges may face disciplinary actions because of the way they conducted these cases. Pelosi, as Speaker of the House was responsible for the security of the Capitol Building. For Lisnek do deny that is either out of ignorance or a lie. There have been enough gatherings in Washington DC for them to KNOW what level of security is needed. We have X number of people; we need Y amount of security. No one can claim ignorance concerning this. Trump offered the National Guard. He could not deploy them. Deploying the National Guard was under Pelosi's jurisdiction. She blew her resposibility and admitted that to her daughter on tape. Bowser, the DC mayor also refused the Nartional Guard leaving her police force undermanned. Before anyrioting occured, Trump told his supporters to go to the Capitol and peacefully protest. He told them to obey the police because they are on our side. Pelosi's J6 committee was convened contrary to Congressional rules. They are accused of hiding and destroying evidence. There is tapes of the DC police peacefully escorting people through the Capitol. The officer that shot Ashli Babbet should be charged with manslaughter or worse. The tape shows he was in no danger nor was he being threatened. I find what Lisnek has been saying as lacking credibility and at times blatantly false.
