You're getting your instruments right, but phonk is typically in the 130bpm range. This sounds waaaay too quick to be considered phonk imo. Remember, less is more, and slow it down. Most phonk style beats are pretty simple in terms of how much they're actually doing. Cut the number of snares in half, and try not to add too much. Less can definitely be more.
